Drove specifically there to get something printed but after parking (in the Walmart parking lot which is never easy) and walking in I find that there is no one there on a Friday at 2:00pm despite there hours being till 6:00 There was nice post it note that said no one would be there till 2:25.

The manager lied to me about fees and overcharged me on my box. The other employees charge me 3$ everytime I come in with my own label for a box and she charged me 10$. Ridiculous won’t be coming back and suggest you don’t either

The FedEx Agent (Michelle) was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and getting the package ready for shipment. I give her 5 STARS! She was the best!

I have never heard of a place that just opened whenever they wanted. Very disappointing to go during posted hours and find it closed with no explanation. Unreliable

Went there during their open hours and they were closed. Very frustrating, honestly, because no one knew why it was not open. As a business owner who relies on these services, I would have at least informed someone at Walmart and updated the business hours on Google. Not sure if they just had an employee that didn’t show, or what the deal was, but truly frustrating when you’re in a time a crunch/working on a deadline and you expect a business to be open.

I have used this location many times, and every time, I am greeted with a smile, professionalism, and a little bit of humor thrown in too. Today though, I went to ship something with their “brown competitor”, because I needed to return something with a prepaid label from a vendor. However, I couldn’t print out the label because my printer is in storage during a move. They told me they could print my label, but I had to return in 24 hours to pick it up. ???You’re telling me you can’t print one piece of paper, while I’m standing in your store, to ship something with on your carrier??? I wish online shopping allowed you to choose who ships your items, because I would choose FedEx every time! I walked into FedEx Office, and asked if they could do my job. He had me email it to their store and printed it in two seconds. Not only that, when I went to pay him, he said “no charge for just one little label”… I was in and out in less than three minutes. Every time I have to print or ship anything, I choose to this location.

The staff here is phenomenal! Super helpful in every possible way and they do whatever it takes to make sure you're happy with what you're about to purchase. Had them print and cut a few certifications and they did an incredible job accommodating what I was trying to do.

Love this office. Cliff and his staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. It has the vibe of a small town business conveniently housed within a Walmart. I live taking my business here.

This isn’t your typical FedEx. I visited yesterday close to 12 PM and the staff is phenomenal. They are so nice and so helpful ❤️
