CFSH is awesome! I have a buddy that is a member so I dropped in to do a workout last Saturday morning. We did a partner workout and it was perfect. Coach lead us through a warm-up, walked us through the workout, encourage us during the workout (20m AMRAP), and cool down. All in all great experience. Definitely will be getting a membership soon!

I have attended a variety of CrossFit gyms, and this one is where you’re going to feel welcomed and challenged all in one class. Joe and CJ (the owners) do an excellent job on training skills to keep you safe and strong. The members are truly down to earth people that want to get strong but don’t take themselves too serious. Highly recommend checking them out ??

I attended Bring a Friend week to get a feel for CrossFit Spring Hill and see if it was worth the future investment. I was challenged physically and mentally but in a great way! Every trainer that I worked with (Joe, Cj, & Nicole) were super encouraging and supportive, especially with helping me find modifications for some of the skills/exercises, as I have osteoarthritis in my knee. It felt like family from the first day and I’m looking forward to seeing how this commitment and accountability will bring positive change & health to my body and knee!!

Everyone was so welcoming! It was my first time at a CrossFit gym but I felt like I’d been a part for a long time! The environment is very fun and the coaches are helpful with any modifications you need to make!

Super awesome place to improve overall fitness and mobility. The coaching stands out above other XF gyms and the community is great. They have really good membership plans and Joe works well with new members in transition.

Getting back into shape is not always easy, at CrossFit I really enjoy the group sessions, which makes it fun and exciting which will push you to do your best. I like it!

I’ve tried different types of exercise and have always felt CrossFit allowed me the most improvement. CrossFit Spring Hill was welcoming and helpful from the jump. I really enjoy the culture and the stability it offers.

I knew that Crossfit had a rep for being intense so it was a bit of a decision. But my own workout pace and exercises aren't cutting it and I needed help. I look younger than I am, but my body has a few decades of sedentary computer work in it now, and both endurance and strength have declined. So I love that one thing that runs all through Crossfit Spring Hill, both coaches and members, is understanding and encouragement. Everyone says, "Hey, we were there, too. And the big deal is, you showed up!" The coaches are super clear on the needs to keep workouts safe and to scale them so your muscles aren't burned out before the class is done. I may wish I could do a lot more right away, but they make sure I can complete the class. It is the most encouraging training environment I have ever seen. And after my first 5 sessions, I'm already feeling changes that are good things. Yes, you will push and, yes, you will sweat. But you will have a ton of support! On a five-star scale, definitely a 7!

Being a first time CrossFitter and having managed my own exercise for years (and not always managing itwell), it has been refreshing to partner with CFSH to coach me through getting fit. I have realized how much I really don't know about weightlifting and exercise in general. Coaches Joe and CJ are great about education during every session, providing corrective feedback, pushing you but not too hard, and scaling when needed. The culture at this gym is very welcoming and supportive with athletes at all fitness levels, which is important. Those of us just starting out need to see what we can achieve. I look forward to showing up for every workout. I highly recommend CFSH!

Joining CrossFit Spring Hill is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am only three weeks in, but I'm now part of a community of people who actually care about, and support, my fitness goals. For years, I've hindered myself by listening to that inner voice of fear and doubt. With the help of CJ and Joe Pangallo, I'm confident I'll achieve the fitness levels I want by just showing up and progressing each day.A few things that are important to me:1 - the coaches stress form over heavy, so that you can perfect the movements safely.2 - it's not an over the top gym, but you will be challenged3 - everything is planned out and you can prepare for future workouts by watching the videos available from the CrossFit community.4 - it's ok to be weak and out of shape like me. No one cares.I highly recommend CFSH and hope to see you there!
