“They were able to get my brakes inspected and replaced the same day I came in, which was good because I took the day off. I went to a different auto place before that and they couldn’t even inspect it until next week, which is when I would work. I appreciate that Stagecoach is flexible and accommodating.
It was pricey, but they were friendly, informative, efficient, and gave me a ride home and back while my car was being worked on. I only wish more auto repair shops were open outside of my regular M-F working hours so it would be a lot easier for me to take care of auto maintenance issues. “We took our 2015 Acura there a few months ago for a alternator repair, in the process there seemed to be another issue that had to be fixed with the AC hose, it was all repaired and priced appropriately. Of course parts are not cheap. This establishment does one thing very well and that's communication, in this case texting was more appropriate for us and that's exactly how we were able to stay updated and have our questions answered even during non business days. If you are planning to go here please don't be entitled or spoiled. fixing vehicles takes time, and patience especially when you want the job done correctly. This establishment was also able to fulfill our desired request to use OEM parts only during the repair process. I dont usually give reviews but after using other spring hill auto shops i have always had to question the integrity of the work. This was not one of those times. Be patient and know you get what you pay for.”
“Have always had a great experience with Tire Discounters. They go above and beyond to do the best for their customers. We took our very used 2016 Elantra for new tires so our new driver had a safe vehicle to start driving in and they found several other issues that needed to be addressed asap. “We had the misfortune of beaking down on the interstate on our way home from Florida. We were floored when we found out our transmission needed replacement. We relied on the word of the tow truck driver and law enforcement who helped us while we were stuck on the highway. They recommended Sprng Hill Auto.Right from the start, Travis was up front and accomodating to us. He explained the whole process to us (ordering, cost, when it would be ready). During the repair he also communicated progress just so we could book our hotel stay accordingly. The car was completed on time and on cost. “Took my 2024 Armada to Gerber and Collision for a huge dent in my roof, they fixed it way cheaper than other quotes I got and the job they done was amazing. Melissa and Dawn in the front office communicate very well and explain the whole process and keep you informed with everything that is going on throughout the process of your vehicle repair. When my suv was finished it looked brand new. I highly recommend this company for anyone needed repairs, they are great.”
