They did a great job on my land. Austin ran into some tricky situations with a ravine, and downed trees from a tornado blowing through the area. Still managed to power through the challenge. Thanks again!

All terrain did a great job cleaning up the overgrown underbrush and clearing out small and dead trees in the area by my house. I’m left with a cleaned up, mulched area ready for a new use. Austin was great offering his advice while listening to my wishes for the space. I would totally recommend if you need to clean up an areas. The cost and value was much better than other tree trimming services I investigated.

I own a six (6) acre ranch in Columbia… about an acre is wooded with very large trees. I was having trouble getting a capable tree clearing company to schedule the removal of 8-10 trees and skid steer dirt work to build a private motocross track in the woods. I called All Terrain and they could not have been more professional. Within days, Austin arrived on time and walked the project area. He quoted me a fair price and his office got me on their schedule for two (2) days of work, despite severe weather which had put most companies back weeks if not months.
On work day he arrived with a BRAND NEW CAT and worked so efficiently that at 3pm he felt he could complete both days of work… in one day.
At 5pm I asked Austin how he was on time and he said “you have me til dark”. He finished my job a day earlier than estimated.
The guy knows how to work HARD… something I know a lot about and respect. They did such a good job I am writing this review.. which I never do. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Austin and Sheila are the nicest people to work with! Austin showed up on time and did a fantastic job of clearing an extremely over grown plot of land. We are going to continue clearing more land soon and will 100% use them again! We highly recommend anyone needing any of the services they provide as it will be first class! Terry and Sheila G.

These guys are extremely professional, work with you to realize your vision while bringing a lot of insight and expertise to the table, and can clear an incredible amount of land in one day. They increased our usable yard 3 fold and turned a mess into a beautiful park for us to enjoy.

These guys did prime work for us in phase 1 of land clearing at our new property. We were amazed what their equipment and operators could do. 3 days of work and it looks day and night compared to what we started with! Looking forward to phase 2 after construction! Don’t hesitate getting them to your land!

I was blown away by the professionalism and sharing of information and guidance from this company. I am starting the search for services such as this and even though I am outside their reasonable territory for work they took the time to educate me on the process and tips for what to look for when researching companies and questions to ask. He is extremely busy with jobs but took the time with me today knowing I am not within range to be a customer. It is very rare these days to encounter genuine people who want the best for you with out any personal gain in business...I am beyond appreciative and feel so much more educated going forward in my search. Was given a quote and was told what to expect. They not only preformed precisely but effectively, and was done in under a day while leaving no mess to clean up. They not only listen but understand and want what is best for the value of your property. They went above and beyond what the "average" company does. Isaiah at All Terrain Land Clearing was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are plenty busy so you don't have to worry about him selling you. The reality is after communicating with him regularly over the past month or two, I feel good about making the judgement that All Terrain Land Clearing simply wants what is best for you and your property, with or without their services.Briefly... what to expect:Helpful guidance, candor, honesty, and transparency. They will tell you what they can do and are careful not to over promise, while also communicating that they know how to get it done. You might be surprised there is some real value in experience, approach, and technique - they're not just running over trees and bushes. Hiring the wrong people can literally lead to a buckling home foundation or a now worthless investment property. Isaiah can explain... and yes it's a real risk, not a fear tactic.Result:An absolute makeover that was easily worth the small investment. I really can't describe it so I'll post as many pictures as I can.Good people do still exist... and they should be rewarded.

Isaiah and his team are hands down the best you’ll find. We hired All Terrain Land Clearing to work on a massive forest clean up job and their passion and dedication is clear in their results. Our job was particularly difficult due to massive amounts of trash including huge rusted trailers and car parts buried in the land. They handled it so well and our land is so transformed we can’t even believe it is ours. They increased our property value immensely. If you’re looking for PROFESSIONALS who really own their craft look no further.

I highly recommend All Terrain. The have a great team and great equipment. It's amazing how much they were able to accomplish in one day. They pushed back the encroaching tree-line on my side and back yard - significantly improving the usability and attractiveness of the space. They also cut a beautiful trail through our backwoods that we are using daily. I should have done this years ago.

Something that never gets talked about on reviews is how well a business does business with another business. Isaiah and his team have been extremely easy to work with. They are always on schedule.
