Will not ever do business here again. Took our jeep to the garage after calling to get a quote and being told it would be around $500 multiple times. They called the next day and said it would be around $900 instead and we said no that we would come pick it up. We went to pick it up and were charged a $50 "diagnostic" fee that was not disclosed to us ahead of time and we didn't agree to pay. We like to support smaller local businesses but this was dishonest and we will never give them another dollar of our money.

Do not take your diesel here !! They misdiagnosed us, cost us THOUSANDS!! When it actually was a 12$ part that was needed. They replaced a very expensive FICM with a remanufactured one that wasn't needed. In my eyes, that is theft. This is not the only person this has happened to. The mechanic isn't certified to work on diesels. This place is a rip off !!!!!!!!!! And after all this, they won't even apologize, or admit to their mistake. And they want more money. I repeat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DIESEL HERE!!

Asked associate where salt pellets for softeners are, she looked it up, sent me to the farthest part of store, in wrong direction. Asked again a different associate, sent me back to plumbing. What a waste of my time. So sad.

The folks at Napa are really great to deal with. I was looking for an unusual size u joint to fit a side-by-side off road vehicle. Within just a few minutes they had located one that matched what I needed. I don't usually recommend places ,but these folks are great to deal with and they take care of their customers. It's nice to know that there's an auto parts store with helpful folks. I thought they were all gone.
