Have stayed here many times in the the last 15 years.. once Ralph and Melissa sold it, the place has slowly gone downhill. This stay being the worst stay ever. Sadly, this will be our last stay here, we will have find another place to stay, one that actually cares about their guests.

One of the worst, most dirty and disgusting places I've ever stayed at. The sheets where dirty and the microwave was broken. The fridge was so tiny we could hardly fit anything in it. And the hygiene was seriously lacking in everything, the comforters where dirty and looked very old and ugly. Outside it smelled like pot so bad. Over all never coming back. We only came because we used to stay here before the owners changed and it was nice, but now it's been ruined by the new owners! Definitely not worth your money!!

Nice quiet place. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Store makes awesome pizza. Employees are very nice.

From the road it doesn't look good. But we were very surprised how nice it was. The motel is old, but clean, safe, and everyone was very nice. It's a hidden gem in my humble opinion, very close to Falls creek state park which was excellent. Nothing fancy but very inexpensive and convenient. If you're not a snob, it's very nice.

Such a great concept, hotel, gas station convenient store & grill. The rooms had everything we needed. The food was cooked fresh to order and Ve gave the best customer service! The hotel is inexpensive & great for those on a budget. I will stay again.

We only ate there,but I'm sure the Inn is Awesome, because of all the guests cars that were there!!! Hey I hope too go back and Stay!! So yea Humans u should go there,The Beauty is Breath taking!!!

The people here are so friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The food served here is excellent. Would recommend.

Cute route 66 ish style motor lodge, the hotel is basic but has all that a traveler needs. Smart TV and wifi, in room fridge and microwave, the pizza in the store was fresh and made to order, the room was clean and smelled nice. The environment outside the room was relaxing and peaceful, I plan to stay there againFood & drinks: The store out front carries almost everything that a weary traveler needs

Great for the price. Easy access to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Needs a little updating but overall not bad. I would stay here again. The little gas station/restaurant is awesome too. The steak biscuit is ?.

Worst experience ever do not pay over phone sight unseen.. Filthiest & Most Haunted Dark Depressed Vibes from room 14 which was really supposedly room 13 it had a dark thick haze on the mirrors the bed fell apart when 1st sat on scratches on the door inside the bathroom and a hand print smeared on wall over toilet my dog started barking at the mirrors in this room & he threw up out of the blue I felt like I was being smothered and had to get out of the room asap only to have the door stuck so that I couldn’t get out we payed for 4 nights but was so scared that something bad would happen if I continue staying in this room if the place was to catch fire you would not be able to get out I took the loss of 500 cash that we had already payed cause they will not give you a refund so please don’t waist your time at this very scary drab & dirty inn felt like I was about to be in a horror film !!!

Great little convenience store that is the closest to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Probably the closest gas pumps you'll find as well. This is The Way!

This was exactly what I wanted for our vacation. Happened across The Way Inn while researching Fall Creek Falls, and I'm glad I did! Quaint, cozy, family owned, and felt welcomed from the beginning! We called and made reservations, owner answered and explained how everything worked. When we got in the room was clean and perfect. The room was ample spaced, basic amenities. The store is a restaurant, store, gas station all in one. Owners are there everyday and always with a welcome word and smile. The food has been amazing. Clean towels daily. We haven't even completed our trip and I'm fully in love with this place. Outdoor fire pits and BBQ grills for guests use. Small play area for children. Pet's allowed. Close proximity to Fall Creek Falls National Park, the Ocoee, and Chattanooga. This has become our go to place and I can't wait to come back! If you're in the area and want a quiet place to stay, near the mountains but not in the park or a camp site, The Way Inn is the place!

Independently-owned, gem of an establishment amongst few near that I have to call "competition" for a lack of a better word, that merely pal, at best, in comparison.The owners & staff are literally head & shoulders above said "competition." Excellent customer service skills, and genuinely appear happy to be there. Cannot take that with me after 25+ yrs in hospitality industry.Fall Creek Falls a scant 4mi away.Very clean rooms, store, & parking lot. I'll go out of my way to be an ongoing patron of these very fine people in the middle of God's country, aka "Middle Tennessee."
