We have straight forward low maintenance monthly or periodic pharmacy needs. We wanted to use the Pharmacy in our town but month over month they had problems communicating with each other, or they would completely get our information mixed up with others’. When we finally decided to transfer pharmacies, they told our new pharmacy we didn’t have any refills anyway, which was untrue(by 10 months) Our new Pharmacy had to call them with their own Walgreens Refill numbers before Walgreens would assist. Don’t trust this group with your pharmacy needs. While I’m sure they are lovely people, they can’t get it together.

Ashley is terrible. She tried giving my grandma Hydros when she takes Oxy. We are literally showing the bottle and she goes off saying that she picked up Hydros that morning and she absolutely does not take oxy. After arguing with us for three minutes she FINALLY checks again and realized she put in the wrong birthday and was referring to a different customer. Ashley obviously needs to find a new job because this is the second time she argued with my grandma and tried to give her someone else's meds. This is very dangerous and something needs to be done about Ashley's incompetence.

I never have issues when I go inside but this Covid testing is ridiculous. They told me 15 minutes to an hour and I would have the results. That was at 9:45 this morning and it is 4:37 in the evening and I still do not have the test results. And what's more frustrating than anything is they can't even give them to me because they don't have them! I have to call yet another number and talk to a stupid machine! ?♀️?♀️

They text me that my daughter medication was done around 6 on a Sunday and apparently they close at 6 on a Sunday and didn’t bother to give that information my daughter has rsv and needs those breathing treatments bad don’t thank it’s right to let someone know so late just to close in like 10 mins

Drive through pharmacy is more of a park and wait pharmacy. Eight cars, haven’t budged in 15 minutes. Make sure you’ve gone to the bathroom and have a full tank of gas… snacks… sleeping bag etc…. Poor management.

To make a very long story short... I have nothing but absolute TROUBLE when dealing with the pharmacy here. I don’t go here unless it’s an absolute have to, but when I do it’s completely awful. I do not recommend to anyone.
