I explained how I wanted my hair done to the girl. She made me think she knew what the hell she was doing, so I trusted her. Well, she totally F'd up my hair she made it almost black underneath with blonde highlights on top. DO NOT GO TO STYLING N PROFILING, THEY SUCK!!!
