Fantastic service. I believe the Lady who helped us is named Penny. I regretfully didn’t make sure. She took extra time and care to show our homeschooled son all the parts of the tank, how they fill it and measure it’s contents, talked him through the math of it all, and even let him weigh himself after we were all done. It made his day and I’m very thankful for the experience. She was knowledgeable and it gave me confidence in the safety of our propane tanks!

I am so glad we found Spar Gas. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff helped answer all our questions about hooking up propane to our pool heater. Tamara was so sweet and helpful! We decided to use them to install our tank and connect the heater. Jimmy did a great job! He was so nice! He walked me through what he did and how to do the settings on the heater. They priced everything very fair compared to other companies. And they are local. There is always someone there to answer your call and if you have an urgent situation their is someone to help 24/7. If you are looking for a reliable, competent, friendly company I would definitely recommend them!

They didnt care about me as a customer in the slightest. They got the billing wrong numerous times. Even after spending my time explaining to them how to correct the billing multiple times, they STILL ran the card through for the wrong amount. Now waiting on the refund process while they still continue to send bills for the wrong amount. When they came to pick up the empty propane tank they never called or scheduled a time as they claimed would happen. They never checked to make sure the ground they were driving on was safe (it wasnt due to them driving and loading over a septic area). I havent once received an apology for the burden of resolving THEIR mistakes falling on my shoulders. But its okay as the bill charging me for an annual rental fee for an empty tank one line above charging me for the tank pickup still ends up in my mailbox every few days. Why would I pay an annual rental for a tank you picked up?!If you call your local office then they just blame everything on the main office in Sparta. If you call Sparta theyll tell you to deal with the local office.I inherited this tank when buying the home. I haven't once had anyone even pretend to care about potentially retaining me as a customer. So Ive literally just been wasting my time for a service I never utilized or needed. Their incompetence handling a simple tank pickup and billing has shown me they don't ever deserve a dollar from me again.Hank Hill would be ashamed to have you within the Propane industry.

I just want to say how much I love this company and the girls there. My family has been doing business with them for 30+ years and they have always handled anything that has come up quickly and professionally. The good thing about this company is its longevity and the fact that the same family has owned it from the very beginning. We appreciate you always taking care of us, and we recommend you often.

Spar-Gas has always taken great care of my propane needs whether it was delivery of propane or installing appliances. Sabrina and the office staff are super friendly and knowledgeable in knowing what may fit my needs. From technicians whom install appliances to fuel delivery personnel, I could not be more impressed. We have used them for all our propane needs for years. We have also bought central heat/air units from them. Their customer service is top notch. If I need any repair, they come quickly and get the job done.The office staff is always courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a customer with Spar Gas for over 20 years ,, and have always been treated great , They are very courteous and have always came out when I called them , I had my gas fireplace making this weird sound and called Sabrina and she sent out someone to check it out even though it was way after hours , They have always been my propane provider and always will be. Very nice people and a very good propane gas company

This company cares nothing about their customers. Extremely rude when you call. Stay away folks. There’s better prices elsewhere with friendly customer service.
