This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had. One side is shorter than the other. At the crown, one side is shorter than the other. I took a picture of what I wanted with me & what I got is nothing like the cut I got. I will never go back! Beware!Service: Haircut

I've waited a long time to post this review because I was honestly to angry to post previously. I was a spur of the moment client, that's usually how I do things cosmetically. We are new in town and I had no recommendations. I asked for long layers and highlights. First clue.... she says I use a cap, I don't foil. I should have gotten up and walked away. I have long hair. It pulled.... a lot. Then she over processed my hair. Not totally fried but it's burnt. The layers she put in are so choppy. 2 layers. They should blend, they are very obvious. It takes more time to deal with my hair now and I have to use special products to heal my hair. I won't return.
