I have picked up auto up after it sitting there for weeks to get a water pump put on …. The hood is hard to open . You have to hold the inside handle and it opens right up. But seems to me they had an issue so this is what happened. Unreal …. Not sure how this joker stays in business

Reserved a U-Haul truck a week ahead of time for 9am Monday when the shop opened. Got there at 8:58am and checked-in online to make it easier for them. No one arrived and we waited for 20min. Called the shop number and posted phone number on the door with no answer. Walked to a shop next door and they commented that this shop is rarely open on time and they show up whenever they feel like it. I’d recommend this place if you want to be disappointed and your timeline to be wrecked for your moving deadline.

Rented a U-Haul here. Took a bit longer than expected due to some computer issues, but the employees were so pleasant and amusing we almost didn't mind. Ended up cancelling my original reservation and creating a new one, which had a slightly higher price. When I called U-Haul to see if I could get that refunded, the employees here helped me get even more back than I had asked for. Awesome people!!

This place was amazing and saved us big time. We live 3 hrs away and drove to Sparta to pick up a vehicle. Our trailer tire had a cracked rim. We called and they said come on in at last minute. This company was kind, and extremely fair!! We will be sure to let others know about these wonderful people!! Thank you again.Service: Tires

I have used John many times for repairs. The last time was to replace hubs. Upon receiving my car back, it felt like I was driving on ice. I told him, he came and looked at it and said it was my shocks. It has not driven the same since the repairs were done. I finally found someone else to look at it and the sway bar is messed up because it had been pried on. My car was dented by another car or the jack while he had it. I tried and tried to make things right with him, but he would not communicate. One repair not done correctly has led into several other repairs.

This Angel showed up for a service call his name was John and he worked on our truck sitting in a parking lot for hours, in the heat of the day, in 90 degree heat, After multiple phone calls to auto part stores, auto parts and even dealerships when the parts were going to be ordered, He even offered to take us to a hotel but a last ditch effort got the truck started and we are on the road. If you ever need car repair or service this is your guy. Can’t express how much this meant to us. 2 female travelers 500 miles from home. Resonable rates too.
