My car was broken into and windows smashed. Had to get some cardboard and duct tape to fix like a bandaid. Always have insurance. After calling around, they got me in . It only cost $100 out of pocket. So nice to be able to pay online or over the phone. All I had to do was show up with the car and let them work their magic!

To long a wait for oil change. They canceled my next appointment because lack of manpower to service my transmission under warranty. Had to reschedule.

no negotiations with edd. not for local folks on sales. gave me rock bottom bid on buick encore. got $1,500.00 more in Livingston. I do not recommend at all.

Thank you to the service department for servicing my car. Dropped it off @7 was told could be done changing transmission fluid by 11 and get a call at 9 it was ready for pickup. Will definitely be going back for all my needs. Car drives so much better

Manager is very rude, he snatched the keys out of my hand after I was charged for warranty work. Then gets in my car hitting the rear view mirror throwing the paper tag they put on it in the floor. This has been the most disrespectful place I have ever visited would never recommend them to anyone

The salesperson, Steve should be fired. he has no idea how to listen and communicate with potential buyers. my husband and I went in looking to trade our truck for a motorcycle. now, keep in mind they have had this bike since 2017! battery was completely dead, even though it was on a trickle charge. told him we wanted to trade even up. numerous times I told him this. he kept coming back with another offer and after the 3rd or 4th time him doing this. (1) Their honesty! It’s hard to find a good honest car salesman. I know they would never be disloyal to me. I know when Eddie says this is not the car for you, he’s being totally honest with me. They had a Nissan I really liked. But, Eddie explained all the reasons I didn’t need it. They put their customers first! I thought these guys were super nice and helpful. My car broke down and I used them to tow me to their dealership and they ended up doing the work on it as well. Not only that but I had my two dogs in my car as well and it was 97 degrees outside. Not only was every person I met at this dealership kind to me, but they were concerned for the safety of my dogs. There were multiple mechanics that brought my dogs water and they even let us stay in the employee break room until my ride came to get me. One man even got some dog bowls out of his truck for me to use. They were all so kind and helpful. They performed the work very fast. They got my car around 2 or 3 on Friday, had to order a new radiator, and it was ready on Monday by 4pm. It wasnt the cheapest work but seems to be quality and I would go back. Everyone was so nice which goes a long way these days.

Had the best experience with Eddie Rogers in the trade of our 3500 Silverado. If you're looking for a vehicle I would highly urge you to give them a chance. Thank you for 1st class treatment. Home town courtesy at its finest.
