“This is absolutely the greatest little place in the world! I've been all over the place as a truck driver and military. Food is awesome. Southern hospitality like none other. Greatest pizza, cakes and pies!!! Clearly made with love and pride. Can't wait to get back and try all the other goodies these hard working lovely ladies have to offer. Highly recommend!!!!”
“Visited tonight on 10/26/23. The gentleman working stayed late to complete all orders for the evening. He was very kind. Our pizza was delicious and so were the potato wedges. For the price of about $12 a pizza, it is a great deal for this area. They also have a live bait and tons of snacks and drinks. Always have a great experience here! Thanks guys!”
“Very friendly staff and seemed to be a quiet location. I'd have to say this is one of the better stores connected with this chain. Lots of parking available with this location. Shade trees for when it gets sunny and you would like to leave the window cracked for your ?”

I am thankful for all the ladies working there and appreciative of their dedication for their job. Customer service is a lost art, but I found it here.”
“Very Respecful and nice people work here this is one of those markets where everyone knows everyone and a great place to go to eat, get needs, and just to socialize :)”
“One of the few places that you can get No Ethanol fuel to include 93 No Ethanol at that. They do have free air (as it should be everywhere) for low tires and what not but due to heavy usage the hose and nozzle are sometimes in disrepair.Although it can get very busy, the gas pumps at Beach Oil on Martin Luther King Blvd near Exit 11 in Clarksville, Tennessee is a clean and excellent place to get gasoline or diesel.”
“Been to this store since I was a kid and my pawpaw brought me back then I called it the candy store he passed away in September and he's was like my dad everything has changed but I'll always have the memories also damn good people work here there always cool”
“The woman who owns or manages the store is absolutely a blessing. She's so kind and really cares. These are good people who work hard to please thier customers. Wish they had more clientele .”

“Built in 1949 and originally serving as a Post Office, the Historic Southside Market, LLC is located just beyond Clarksville in Southside. Though the market has served as multiple businesses throughout the years, from pool hall to general store, it has always been a staple of the Southside community, with the front porch serving as a great place for community conversations. The building was built from cinder blocks, (before that was a typical thing) and rough cut cedar, no milled 2x4’s.These days, you can still stop in for those everyday convenience items, and grab breakfast, lunch or an early dinner. Realtor Wendi Potter and her parents, Del and Cindy Green, purchased the market in 2020 and brought new life to it. Del and Cindy live in Southside while Wendi lives in Cunningham with her family. They truly love their community and the support they receive from them.As for the food, we grabbed two hot and fresh pizzas while there as well as a buffalo chicken sandwich, which was perfectly seasoned and actually one of the best we’ve had. We also enjoyed a tasty Philly cheesesteak! People come from miles around to enjoy their affordable breakfast options, cheeseburgers, pizza, wings, and Phillies. We are going to have to make a trip back for breakfast and that chocolate cake! Baked by Del, you can get a huge slice equal to 1/6th of the cake for just $3.50!You’re welcome to pull up a seat inside, or eat at the picnic tables outside, or join the conversation on the Liars bench on the porch. The bench is almost as old as the building itself and gets it’s name from some of the tales spun over the years. They’ve recently added the Truth Tellers Pew on the other side of the porch if you wouldn’t want to be caught telling a lie. ?Warm weather brings a Farmer’s Market, hosted the first Saturday of every month from 8am-noon. Definitely head over and give them a follow on their socials to stay up to date on events and those tasty desserts! When you do take that scenic drive out to visit, be sure to let them know that LOCAL sent ya!”
