I had my kids passports done here and I paid for them to handle the pictures. I have gotten all 3 passports kicked back saying the pictures are too grainy and can not be used.
Have CVS or Walgreens take a photo before paying this location to do the necessary photo.

The woman who works at the post office has got to be the rudest govt employee for which we have met. She knows she is bulletproof due to DEI and she lets you know it thru her attitude. Our carrier is great btw. Go to Jasper PO when possible

Yesterday my Amazon package which was large was shoved in my mailbox. I had to wiggle and strain pulling it out. It was shoved in like trash!! The package included a few gift items that are now mangled and torn. I can not give and have to reorder. All because someone was to lazy to put on my porch!!

The lady there today was so sweet, kind, and friendly when I came in to apply for my passport. Very welcoming and answered all my questions! I wish I got her name!

Worst post office ever. They absolutely refuse SurePost packages so when you order from Amazon and they send it UPS they try to save money and transfer to USPS for the "last mile" - Well, this seems to be the only post office in the United States that refuses to deliver those packages. The Postmaster here should be fired!

Package lady won't deliver my packages like she is supposed too. This has been going on awhile. Because of her stupidity my kids won't get their Christmas gifts on Christmas day. Thank you so much!

Our mail carrier is incompetent. Now they leave our packages in random places all over our front yard instead of in front of our door so we need to go searching for them, I’m not sure how this is even allowed. Pure laziness.

We can never seem to get our packages delivered ,yesterday I was told that 2 of my packages was delivered and they were not ,so now I don't have any idea where my packages are ,So yes it's time to go up to a higher power about our mail lady, the postmaster hasn't done anything about it ,we keep complaining but nothing ,we just want our mail and for some reason they can not get it delivered !!!! I think it's time to get the attorney general involved ,it's time for a federal investigation be done on this post office .

Our one mail lady is fantastic and will bring our mail up the driveway to our house if it requires it. Christmas eve I recieved a metal sign bent in half shoved in the mailbox. It was a present and we literally had to yank it from the mailbox with force. There is no way you could have bent this package without some sort of strength knowing it wasnt metal of some sort....Merry Christmas mom, hope you like your bent metal sign

The mail person is so lazy he won’t deliver my mail because the mailbox is on the wrong side of the street. The darn mailbox has been there since the 50’s and the old owners received their mail. When asked why he won’t deliver “it’s out of my way” but the house not 100 feet away had the mailbox on the same side if the street and he can deliver there.

Not only have they never verified my name when picking up packages that I wasn't notified of for days sometimes. But they close my po box with no notification that I owed them money. Mind you I spoke with them a week prior and they told me I would recieve something in the mail before they would close it out. Now there is no telling what mail has been sent back where. What a headache!
