Service was great , but fell short when i tried to access my paid subscription away from home. They ask for service provider and SVEC is not listed as a provider. i'm other words i have to order 2 subscriptions. Guess i'll have to go back to charter

Totally agree that service stops when they go home we have our cable go off at least 8 times a week or more you never can keep it on And any kind of wind or rain For what I pay is just not worth it T270 nternetAnd cable with no premium channels And yes one landline

We cut the line on accident digging next to the house. Called technical support Saturday night and to my surprise they were here to fix at 9am Sunday morning. Best service I’ve ever had!!!!

When we had cable it was fantastic. Our internet is amazing and we have lots of devices running on it. And they are always understand ❤️

Emily at ext.5149 is the worst person I have ever she is the biggest joke I made a mistake paying my bill and she told me oh well because now it's after hours you have no choice but to pay a $120 reconnect fee regardless of what the app is telling me which was that my ppm (pre-paid meter) was active. Then told me she didn't know anything about the app or why it said what it said that it didn't matter what it said I had to pay the reconnect fee. If any other option was available for an electric company I would leave SVEC in a heartbeat.

Complete joke. Had to wait weeks for internet to be installed house was already pre-wired. Tech came in and out in less than 30 mins. Customer service was decent but you think there would be common sense somewhere that shows house was pre-wired by them already how annoying...

Great place, staff is always nice and friendly they are very understanding and very helpful with your problem you are having and does everything possible to correct it. Very caring people in this establishment.
