I should have known better buying a used Chevy from a ford dealership. I felt, at the time, that purchasing an extended warranty was a wise move due to the many unknowns that can occur with a used truck. The salesman assured me that they would work on it in their shop despite being a ford dealership. The extended warranty cost me 2k plus and I called today to get my money's worth and they sent me to Chevy explaining that they would accept the Ford warranty. I called Chevy and long story short, no coverage. I believe they sold me an extended warranty knowing full well the trouble I'd run into when I tried to use it. It used to be that a gentlemans contract meant something, not any more, stupid me! I want a refund on the warranty

My apologies for the review that I give your service department. I was so un happy with Dodge and unhappy with the person that answered the phone I think his name may have been Tyler but not sure. But I called 2 days in a row and both days I got the same answer from him. We have not got to it yet. So I called on Thursday spoke with a lady and that's when I was told that it would be 3 weeks before it would be ready. I ask her what I was supposed to do for a car. I ask if y'all had a loaner she said that was not up to y'all to furnish is a car. My wife and myself lived on $1500.00 a month. Paying $630.00 plus our car payment really made the rest of this month hard. I am truly sorry for my bitterness sir but I was very upset and when that survey came up I just lost it. I truly thank you for getting someone to go pickup the part to get my car back on the road .

Our car broke down as we were headed to Chattanooga. The folks at Moss Motor were incredibly helpful! And the waiting area was comfortable, with much-needed WiFi access to help entertain my children. The repairs to our car were completed quickly, efficiently, and every person I spoke with was respectful and kind.

Wreaks of dishonesty Moss Motor is your typical small town dealership where they have a good ole boy club... and with that-- comes their rules and their rules only. If my husbands dream truck wasn't there, I would have never found this out. We drove 2 hours for this truck/trade. I got dropped off at the hotel and accidentally left my prescription sunglasses in the vehicle my husband traded in. Cole told me he would mail them out- never did. I called back 2 weeks later and talked to him- he told me he would mail them out when they received "my husbands spare key." I told him I didn't know what that was about-- and he'd have to talk to him about that. I just needed my sunglasses-- I wasn't even there when the deal happened. My sunglasses were just collateral damage. I've called them 6.. SIX times asking for them as I have severe light sensitivity and cannot drive without them-- and they refuse to call me back or mail them to me. Holding someone who wasn't even there or met them's prescription sunglasses hostage is so dishonest and it's downright theft. It's also sick as eyesight can be permanently affected. Cole is willing to steal $200 sunglasses.... What do you think he'll do over cars? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I promise you other dealerships not only have cheaper prices- but better salesmen too.

One star because negative 10 is not an option. So this is going to be a long post of this absolutely atrocious business. My mother owns a 2018 F-350 truck. She is going through a divorce and her soon to be ex husband committed title fraud and fraudulently had the vehicle towed from her home to Moss Motors. This dealership agreed to purchase this truck; which had a Tennessee registration and an Iowa title. That should have been the first red flag; but let's continue. When they tried to do the transaction they ran into a roadblock because the thief that stole my mothers truck had his assets frozen; so even though the fraudulent title was in his name; it was not valid. They had to go so far as to have this man bring back the check they had already given him to buy a stolen truck! The audacity and utter incompetence of the people who work here is unfathomable for a professional business! Just wait; it gets better though! When my mother; who is the rightful owner of this vehicle; provided the police with her paperwork and learned where the vehicle was located; her and myself went to get said vehicle. Note, at this point, legally speaking, this truck is a stolen truck. When we got to this dealer; we were met by a Mr Swafford; who ended up being the incompetent person who actually bought a stolen vehicle. So it turns out that this dealer had two keys made(as it was stolen from my mother and she had both keys), a fuel service performed, and storage and "listing" charges that came to about $1100. Mr Swafford actually told my mother; who had already been the victim of her truck being stolen, that he had to have payment in full for these services before releasing the truck; which had been stolen from her. When he was informed that she did not authorize any repairs or service; he stuck to that statement and actually made my mother pay money to get her stolen truck back! Utter greed and opportunistic vultures. Upon my mother having to pay to get her stolen truck back; we learned that this dealership stole things from the inside of her vehicle(valued at around $350). How do I know it was someone at this dealership? Because they had no keys until they made two new ones and the person who stole the truck and had it taken there, has not been in contact with them since he had to return their check; which was before they got the keys made. So, to sum up this entire experience; they bought a stolen truck; got their money back; charged the victim of the crime to get her truck returned; and in the process someone from the dealer stole items from the inside of her truck. This place is an utter mess and are very very dishonest and should not be trusted at all! I wouldn't send ANYONE to this place to get this treatment EVER! I am trying to get her to considering legal action against this dealer; but have not decided yet as to what we might do.
