I got my car worked on by Stephen Cook. Stephen told me that I needed a lot of parts to fix my front passenger tire, so I provided the parts, which was $400 and I paid him $1,000 for labor. 2 weeks later, I got my car back with the extra parts he said he didn’t need. I got my car fixed again, when I notice Stephen didn’t fix nothing he said he was and what I paid him for! So Stephen Cook stole my parts and my money! The next mechanic said I could have died if I drove it anymore!! WORST MECHANIC EVER! If zero stars was an option you would have got STEPHEN COOK!!!!!!

I needed some brake work done to my van on a Saturday. In this area, CARS was one of the only places open that could take me. The owner was accommodating and quoted me a fair price for the job. However, I didn’t get the work done because he was cash only and I didn’t have the funds available at that time.

I ended up at C.A.R.S. by chance when I had a blowout on 24. These guys had me taken care of with a new tire in minutes, and back on the road! They were kind, fair, and professional. If I’m ever in need in the area again, I would definitely go back!

Was traveling with my grandson we just went over a mountain brakes started smoking very poor those very nice mechanics there in southpittburg tn took very great care of us and got us on are way we highly recommend there services.

Had problem starting my car. Diagnosed the problem as the starter in minutes. They installed a new one. Fixed the problem. Had my car back in 24 hours. The owner voluntarily drove me home a 35 mile round trip. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this "small business".Service: Engine repair

Mr. Cook is a Very honest man! Fair prices, and excellent workmanship. We had brake issues while on vacation. Mr. Cook and team fixed what needed to be done, nothing more, and got us back on the road.
