Excellent customer service today. Would have been a 5 but Xfinity shut midtown store about a mile from my house. 9+ mile drive to Farmington in Saturday traffic ended in hunting for a parking spot. Fortunately terrific service made my drive home less aggravating.

I always have a great experience at this location. Today I was met and helped by Jennifer who was very friendly and helpful! I also wanna to acknowledge Luis (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) who assisted! Awesome teamwork! I did leave with a product on order being delivered to me next day!! Thank you, Jennifer!!
