Absolutely terrible. Skip this place and go to First Choice Kubota or Wade John Deere in Hernando if you insist on overpaying for green paint. If you don't farm thousands of acres then your money isn't any good here.

Went there in person and told them what I needed, a belt. Even supplied the serial number. They ordered it and I returned a couple of days later and picked it up. Got home and it's the wrong belt, too short. Called them. They ordered another belt. Told me to pick it up Saturday, labor day weekend. Drove there Saturday and they were closed. Went back Tuesday. Picked up belt and was charged an additional $30. Told them about being told to pick up Saturday and they were closed. No response, not even a sorry.. got home and it's again the wrong belt and 1 inch shorter than the 1st belt. I live 18 miles from this place. I drove a total of 108 miles between all the trips there and back. I went to the Brownsville location. Great service there. They refunded me $30. Gave me another belt. Got home and it's the correct belt. I will never go back to the Somerville location nor recommend it.

Asked to talk about a specific HP and equipment but wanted to only talk to me about a smaller tractor.? Kubota dealer up the road listened to what I wanted and showed me what I was asking .

The showroom and lot were very nice and the staff were informative. However. Don't buy used equipment at this place. They offer no warranty. I recently purchased a used Toro Zero Turn mower from them. It was listed as only 1 operational hour and looked fantastic. I pulled up to the lot and it cranked up immediately. However when I got home and unloaded the mower, I checked the fluids before use and noticed the oil was almost completely empty. I filled and noticed there was a leak at the bottom. Not a steady STREAM however it did leak. I figured I'd fix another day and check periodically to make sure enough oil was in the engine. However, I cut one line and a loud sound as if I hit something came from the motor. I moved the mower and saw nothing underneath, however looked into the motor and it locked up on me. I called the location and was told there wasn't anything we could do. They sounded sympathetic, and I realize there isn't any sort of coverage on this kind of item, I'm just disappointed that professionals either didn't warn me that the mower had been leaking oil (would have discouraged my purchase) or, perhaps even worse, DIDNT KNOW about the leak and drove it around the lot on no oil. Either way, I'm incredibly disappointed by my experience. I still got a deal, even after the motor I'll purchase for it, however I bought from a dealership so I wouldn't have to worry about this kind of thing. Very disappointed. Maybe when money is better and I want to buy some fantastic BRAND NEW mower, I'll give them a try. However never again for a used item.

I've never seen a company that worked so hard NOT to sell a 6k mowerRegarding the Ripley location: Good luck getting a salesman on the phone, or getting a salesman to return your call.Regarding the Brownsville location: Rude salesman. Possibly the rudest sales guy I've ever met. I had received an offer from Deere for special financing. Salesman said there were no such offers out there. Basically called me a liar since I didn't have it with me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
