Not impressed by Nurse Practitioner, Andrea Swain. Went in for a physical. No blood drawn, no urinalysis. Listened to heart and lungs, and made sure my arms and legs worked. Refused to fill out the paperwork needed after physical to enter assisted living. Not friendly at all. Acted like we were bothering her, and she'd rather be somewhere else. Asked about swelling in ankles and feet, she brushed it off and said it's probably due to your medication. She needs to realize she works for the patients. If not for the patients, she wouldn't have a job.

I received quality care for my first time visit. Based on the Google reviews I was very hesitant to go. The front staff reassured me that the negative reviews were based on former patients being denied additional narcotic prescriptions.
It turns out there may have been other reasons for the negative reviews, however.
I completed my visit in November, and five months later received a "past due bill" notice. My visit was a routine physical, 100% covered by insurance. When I reached out to billing to determine why my visit was coded incorrectly, I left a voicemail with Billing and received no message or call back.
I have attempted to call multiple times with no one to pick up or answer. As a medical practice I find this to be very unprofessional.

The ladies at the front desk were nice. But the doctor that I saw it was a lady was kind of rude. I had a question to ask she kind of snapped at me before I could ask the question so I won't go back there

Dr.David Seaton is a very knowledgeable person in his profession and takes the time to truly evaluate each patient takes the time to listen to your concerns and is always open to new insights of moving you to a healthier lifestyle no matter how bad your situation is he really is one of the best doctors I’ve had over the years great at telling you and helping you understand the challenges and consequences of medical decisions and treatments. I want to say I have a very positive appreciation of Dr.David Seaton

Dr. Seaton is wonderful. The rest of the staff is awful.Front office staff is very unprofessional. We all understand that people need to pay their bills. However if the office can call and email you about your appointment you would think they could also take the time to tell you if you have a balance. Instead they allow you to take off work and come to the office just to turn you away if you cannot pay a bill in full that you did not even know you had.

Sad to say today was my last visit. Dr. Seaton does wonderfully with my husband but after being lectured (rather loudly with the door cracked open for all to hear) by his new NP on her opinions on abortion and not just answering my question of: what the laws/bills that have been tossed around meant for me if i were to get pregnant and have complications? i no longer feel comfortable seeing anyone but him and he is too hard to get into. I normally try to address the issue with the office first but the office manager seemed to think the door being "cracked" doesnt count as open and opionions count as fact these days so ill leave this here for other women who just want to be heard and helped and not lectured on opionions so they avoid this office. Sitting in a chair with her raising her voice and pointing her finger at me and my 15 month oldwas just too far. Charlene was amazing and i miss her dearly i wish i knew where she went and i would follow.

I’ve been going to them for a year and a half. I can not say enough good things about this practice. Nichole Thompson is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. She responds to messages left on the portal within an hour. The nurse practitioner Stacie is phenomenal. She has always made me feel comfortable when discussing any issue I have. She will sit and listen to your concerns without rushing you. Dr. Seaton is the same way. They genuinely care about their patients.
