The machines outside are so frustrating, they don’t accept cash half the time and today of all days it did that same thing to me and my son is sick so I really didn’t wanna have to go in. Unfortunately I did bc the drive thru teller outside wasn’t taking my cash (happens all the time)So once inside a nice lady listened to my concerns and I was pretty flustered because I don’t think this is how ANY bank should operate, there is no reason why the same issues should still be occurring for months on end. RHONDA was really insensitive and rude, I guess she didn’t know I heard her mumble under her breath “we can’t do anything about it” I’ve got great hearing unfortunately for her. I’ll definitely be taking my money and going to a different bank. TVFCU has been great up until 2023 I started having more issues and mainly with the outside atms, but again a bank should be trusted. I no longer trust TVFCU.The hixson branch is just as bad, the atms always freeze on me and I’ve had to wait twice for someone to come out and fix the machine so I could even get my card back/ and or check I was depositing.

Rhonda patiently spent time guiding my son on resetting his PIN number and making a loan payment and then proceeded to help us with travel cards for an upcoming trip to London where our son will be marching with the UTC Marching Mocs in the London New Year's Day Parade! She was so helpful, funny and kind - an exemplary asset to the TVFCU team!

Steve and Rhonda!! They’re incredible! Very patient and full of empathy. I had accidentally clogged the coin machine and they were extremely reassuring and handled the problem I caused with grace. We got a couple laughs in and I was taken care of with no judgment. Thank you Rhonda and Steve and the TVFCU crew!

I refuse to bank here, my boyfriend is forced to due to the fact it cost close to or at 100 to close your account with them, and if you don't, they rack up money and send it to a debt collector, they don't have 24 hour service for those who's cards get locked, which we experienced tonight, we just needed groceries and it locked his card. This bank is the absolute worst and I pray no one banks with them

This bank is the most incompetent I have ever banked with. Opened a business account 3 years ago but somehow, after multiple interactions throughout the years, they have now determined that I am not on my account and have confiscated my business card. They screwed up and now I can't pay my business expenses. Also, had multiple fraud charges on my account, called the appropriate number to report but now they "conveniently" have no record of us reporting the fraud... Will be closing all accounts with them as soon as this is resolved.

So over their fraud detection contractor. Have loved TVFCU until they “upgraded” their system. Can’t even use their Debit Card at their branch ATMs without them freezing the card for suspicious activity. 3 out 3 times over the last month. Super inconvenient.
