I typically do not like to leave companies bad reviews but our entire experience with T & A was horrible. We had our cabinets installed (months late) in November of 2020, moved in mid December 2020 & these flaws were there and continue to get worse. We understood that COVID could delay the process but we were continuously lied to through the the entire process. Every time we called we were told “3-4 weeks” - instead of just telling us the truth, that they didn’t know when they would be done. We even got a call saying they had started the cabinets but when our contractor went to the shop to check, the front desk didn’t know anything about it. That seemed to be the theme for the entire process. This issue ended up pushing our move in date back almost 2 months. We really didn’t want to say anything since their customer service & communication is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life but the issues were getting worse & we knew there was no way these cabinets would last us 10 years. In Feb of 2021 I sent an email with these pictures. I received a call a few weeks later asking if they could come look at the cabinets THAT DAY. Obviously that did not work with mine or my husband’s schedule so we said no & asked for another date. It is now Jan of 2022 and they have made no effort to fix these flaws. Are they cheaper than most of the competition? Yes. My advice - you get what you pay for & I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy no matter how cheap they are. I could keep going about all the issues we have had with this company.

Cabinets are well built. Sturdy. I feel like shelves are much better than previous cabinets I have purchased from box stores and we have done a lot of remodels! Wish they were adjustable but really hasn't been a problem and much prefer the comfort of knowing that shelves won't bow after a few years with heavy dishes. I'm a simple girl so these cabinets were a great option for me. Be patient. Everyone is busy these days. Know your stuff. They are a bit more like an old school cabinet shop. So you aren't going to be catered to or wowed or sold like the box stores. Again I appreciate this a lot. I know what I want and know what to ask for.

This was probably the worst part of dealings with building my house. I’m not sure where to even begin, so be prepared to read a small novel. The woman my wife corresponded with seems to be clueless to much of the information. From day one, we were told 3 weeks, 3 weeks. This was the time at which my wife was told they wouldn’t put us on the work schedule to build cabinets until we were 3 weeks out. We called at 5 to be safe and again she said no, 3 weeks. We called at 3 weeks and she put us down, or at least I’d like to think we were. 3 week period is over and my wife calls and she says she has no idea if they are ready, it’s all on owners desk. Low and behold, they weren’t even started. 5 weeks later we have them ready to install. Installers come out to start and play hideous music, with nasty and foul language blasting it in our home. They also call and say our builder isn’t there to do his part and he was there. Owner calls my wife mad for no reason because he is there. No idea what that ignorance was about. We were supposed to have reinforced pull out drawers, they are not. The cabinets ended up being a little over an inch shallower then needed for our built in refrigerator so we have to add another trim strip to make it look close to correct. Drawers weren’t level, I had to fix 2 of them myself. We were supposed to have matching cove molding and it is not same as what is around the cabinets, close but not the same. You pay this kind of money you expect better quality and interaction with people. I even had some cracks in joints that weren’t filled in or fixed properly. I even recommended them before all this because of the initial meeting my wife had when they came out to measure. They never returned my co workers call. Blessing in disguise probably. Owner never even followed up after this install. Highly disappointed with this company. Good luck to those who choose to use this company. I understand there’s good and bad experiences with anything but mine here was terrible and wanted to share.
