They was really snarky and rude, The woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me and my grandmother and mother. They also act like something that came up unexpectedly was an inconvenience to their job.

Went in to get flowers for my papaws funeral and the lady was very disrespectful and told us that our flower arrangement was going to be her way or no way. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible phone order no compassion and was charged three times more than what the vase arrangement was worth. Never again! I thought buying local would be the way to go.

I got my flowers a few weeks ago and I just wanted to leave a review for the designer of my arrangement! This is the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever received and I’m in LOVE with the peach/coral gerber daisies! I recently got a job at a floral shop in Chatt as a beginner designer a month ago and I hope to be able to design an arrangement as beautiful as this one!

Ordered flowers for friends via the site. Called ahead for specific details, and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She even called me back after the order to make sure the arrangement was just as I intended. The flowers arrived promptly the same day, and my friends told me their arrangement was beautiful. Very pleased with my experience!

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from Lometa’s flowers last week and the website said if you order within the next two hours we can deliver the same day, so being a little late for Mother’s Day, I thought this is great so I placed the order. I got a call the next day and they said we started filling the order and our distributor doesn’t have enough flowers so we are refunding you. They finally admitted that they should have turned off the website because they couldn’t have fulfilled what the website was saying much less deliver on the same day as the website suggested. So I missed sending flowers to my mom however I just called them back this week and asked if I could go ahead and order flowers since I missed last week but could they provide a discount because of the mixup last week. I was told the flowers are the same costly flowers as before and so they could not offer a discount. Everyone seems nice but I came away last week feeling I was to blame for the mixup which I did what their website said and I wasn’t looking for a 50% discount but something like 10% seemed reasonable. I would call ahead before ordering just to make sure they have the flowers and can deliver as they said they could.
