Great experience every time I've come here, lots of nice finds, staff super friendly, store is well kept together and makes for a great experience, while I do find gems in the bin I'm usually one of the later in the week shoppers and find most of my goodies on the priced items on the wall. Easily spend hours here looking at new inventory since I do live on the other side of town it feels like the whole store is new to me when I come back on my free time, worth it to me imo.

I love this place! I got some great people that work here that I adore and talk to every time I come in! This is a fun relaxing and great atmosphere to find some cool stuff!! Why don't you come down and hang out a while!!

Waited in line for ten minutes. Got to the check out counter only to be ignored by the clerk for someone who just walked up to the counter, cutting line entirely. And the clerk ignored me and everyone else in line to help the person who just walked up.
Because the guy was buying high dollar stuff everyone else was utterly ignored. Worst customer service I've had in a really long time. Will not be back to this place. Between that at the multiple signs telling potential customers they will be banned for opening things or for "misbehaving" it was a terrible experience.

We're here all the time. We keep an eye out on their facebook page, and if there is something we would like, we make sure we're one of the first in line!
Last week, I scored an electric kettle ($55 on Amazon) and an external monitor for my laptop (about $115 at BestBuy) for $7 each!
The store is clean, and well maintained, and even tho people are "driven to the deals" they don't shove, push, or batter-ram their way to the bins. You can't be shy tho, if you want to look in a bin, you just have to make your way in.
The owners are nice, friendly, and fun! We love the "Easter Eggs" on the facebook page that makes me laugh.
They are also very accommodating to my mother when she comes with me, as she has to be in a wheelchair. The only thing they ask is that we don't use the chair as a "Wagon or Weapon" LOL
They do have the "Wall of Shame" tho, if you're caught stealing, be ready to become famous!

Seems like a store with a bunch of 'Amazon ' returns that people decided they didn't want. Pretty well organized. Prices seem to be about 2/3 the regular price.
