Want to give a huge shout out to Alan and team. Had gotten in an accident and needed the front end rebuilt on my truck, in order to get it driving again. I had it towed to them and they got it done fast. Any time it goes to DOT, I know it will be done right. Alan made sure to update me on everything they found and repairs / costs. Have taken my truck here multiple times before and get treated like family every time it’s there. Diesels are expensive to repair and maintain,But their prices are always great! I own a hotshot company so I’ve been around the United States and to many different mechanic shops in a lot of different states. I’ve used these guys for four years running. When I get home I go straight to these guys. Honestly the best diesel mechanics nation wide hands down! I respect each and everyone of them! Highly recommend to all of my drivers to use them for every single thing they need! Not only they can fix anything in diesel trucks but if you have problems with your trailers they will literally tell you to bring it on in! Can’t say enough about how well they took care of me! I had a catastrophic engine failure while I was 700 miles from home. As you can imagine, there were a lot of logistics to work through, but the entire team worked hard to keep me informed and get back on the road as soon as possible. My experience was not without setbacks. There were supply chain delays and even defective new OEM parts that they had absolutely no control over. That’s where the entire shop truly shined! Best shop by far. These guys stand behind their work 100%. I took my Ram 3500 in to have the turbo replaced and something went wrong with the turbo. I bought the turbo and took it in with the truck. I took the truck back in and they ordered a new turbo and replaced the one I bought. Man what service. All you other diesel shops should take note from D.O.T. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
