Went in at opening time..door was open
part way and service people going in and out. Nobody ever came and officially opened so after 5 or 6 minutes I went in( standing in front of the front door this whole time).. didn't see an employee so searched for my item and was going to self checkout.. by then finally a person up at register so engaged in their phone they never acknowledged me in any way but to grunt when I spoke.. I hope they were just having a bad day. I won't be needing their services again.

I had the best customer service from the store manager, Selene! She greeted me, helped me find what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and seemed to genuinely care about how my day was going. I felt like she actually appreciated my business and gave me a sincere thanks before I left. The store was also very neat and clean, which I don't see too often anymore. If you ever need anything from a pharmacy, I recommend going to see Selene at the Soddy Daisy store!

Best Customer Serivce !! The Manager Celene always goes out of her way to help us. Blue Cross Blue Shield is very confusing. She helps us and even does our shopping for us! What a gal!!

The pharmacy staff is awesome! Julia took great care in giving my very needle shy son his vaccinations. As he is terrified of needles, he was being extremely difficult and Julia never got frustrated or impatient with him as I would have expected. She was constantly reassuring, compassionate, and kind. We need more people like this in today's society, especially in the Healthcare industry.

I have been shopping at this CVS for years. Today I was very impressed & surprised with the level of customer service I received today. Normally the customer service I receive is from a computer at self checkout out always yelling at you to put a coupon in or bag an item. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a new manager who runs this location now. Thank you Selene for helping me get the products I needed and for being so honest and personable.

The worst customer service!I called to check on a package, after multiple attempts to navigate the utterly useless automated answering service, I finally was able to ring through to a human being, just to be hung up on without even the answering party having the common decency to say hello. What a pitiful excuse for customer service. You can’t get any lower.This is. Not my first negative experience at the Soddy Daisy CVS location. My advice is to avoid if possible. Otherwise good luck to you fine people who insist on dealing with this lackluster establishment. ????

Prescription was out of stock and instead of giving me all the info I needed to know, I was told different things by different team members in the pharmacy and ended up having to go back with questions multiple times to get the full story. Very unhelpful. Boo.

I've already filled out the survey on the receipt, but Rachel needs some customer service training while supervised as she clearly had her eyes closed the first time around. She was unhelpful and rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. A real inconvenience is a staff member who, without trying anything first, announces she can't help. Then begrudgingly does what she should've done the first time. You would assume someone her age would know better.

Ok, I need to leave a review. I'm broken as hell, lots of health issues. I dread going to the drug store to pick up more meds. The ladies here always so friendly. They even remember my name. I appreciate you ladies greatly.One woman particular is always makes my heart smile, Traci White. She has such good energy and is always so incredibly sweet. I even started going inside instead of using the drive - thru because her demeanor is always so kind and brightens my day. Her empathy and kind words of encouragement are so genuine and you can tell it comes from the heart. Thank you Traci for being you. ❤️

Sitting in line just finished waiting in the drive through line for 5 minutes to have the CVS employee tell me we are closed. I said it is 6:03. He said, we close at 6:00

They have inconvenient hours on Friday/Saturday (for me), but I like doing business here. They always have my prescription ready when they say they will, unlike their competitors. I find the store to be well stocked and organized.

The hours need to be updated. I walked up to the door at 5 after 8 on a Wednesday and the doors were locked and no one in sight inside. Went across the street to Walgreens and they said they’ve been opening at 9. So just FYI - the signs still say 8 but apparently inaccurate. ??♀️
