The crew isn't bad. But this locations store has so many issues all the time. All the time. Computers are down so often I bet I could gamble on them going down and make money off of it. I also suspect you're not giving everyone all of the gas they've bought. When if I go to a different location. I get more gas for the same price. Like I said your crew is fine. But something fishys going on up in there.

I shop a LOT of circle k's and typically find myself at different locations which is great to me, BUUUUT (ya just knew there was a but comin' I bet, you saw it coming ?) this location, ugh. This was my 3rd (and 100% final) time at this store and needless to say not one has been pleasant, I'm not going to go into detail on the other 2 visits since it's pretty far in the past and I'm over it, haha but I stopped in last night for a snack and a drink and figured that since I was already there and I needed to do it anyway I would load some cash to my cash app card, mind you; I wanted to GIVE them money, wasn't asking for cash back or anything close to that, i simply wanted a nice cold beverage and a delicious cheddar and roast beef sammich (those things are boooommmmbbb btw) and to load $40. Not $400, $4000 or even 40,000 (gah, I wish) just simple 40 bucks, and the gentleman working the register told me that he can't load cash app on third shift .... What??!? So I asked why not and was met with the classic line, "my manager told me not to". Now I'm not typically a stickler for these things, usually I'll let it slide off my back and get on with life, but this is 3 visits in a row to this store being met with some dumb arbitrary rule set down by the store god, oh excuse me, manager and this one just did me in, so as I was leaving (no tasty cold beverage or hot sammich) I say "it's a bit ridiculous that you've been told not to take money. " To be met with this classic line from the clerk "I can take your money, I just can't put it on a card." So yeah, that's a stupid rule if I've ever heard one and this manager needs to be put in check for some silly rule like that, because I went up the road to my boys at 153 and Gadd , REPRESENT!! and loaded my cash app, got my tasty cold beverage and my delicious cheddar and roast beef (seriously: one fine sammich) AND loaded my 40 bucks on cash app no questions asked. Bada bing, that's how you run a convenience store, so miss manager lady at bakewell circle k, tone the power trip down and stop making silly rules, you just alienate your customer base and send them to make their purchases elsewhere and I'm pretty sure the goal is to bring in as much money as possible. Ya dig? Anywho, sorry for the rant. This one just got to me. Stay groovy Chattanooga (get a grip circle k manager with the silly rules).

There's nothing wrong with this location per say, I just hate it. 9/10 times I just l leave because it's too busy.

A perfectly already remodeled store closed for remodel. Doors open and unlocked. Store clerk spoke to several customers with a very disrespectful tone informing them that the store was closed. If the store is closed lock the doors and put big signs on the doors saying that, and not the size 10 font signs that yall put up.
