Came into store early in morning Alicia was very nice respectful I am from out of town she was helpful getting me back to interstate store was very clean restrooms was spotless and stocked. Good job Alicia

If I could give this store less than one star I would.. I went there last night to get a few things and I had money on my card.. they rang up everything and it declined. Well I knew there was enough money.. she tried it couple more times and still nothing..well turns out the first transaction did go through cause the transaction was reflected in my balance.. this is all the money I had and we were dangerously low on gas.. so now my girlfriend will be lucky if she even has enough gas to get to work. This same thing has happened at this same store before. The clerks exact words were well I don't know what to tell you? The worst customer service I have ever seen. She was more interested on getting me out of the way than to check to see what happened. If the transaction had declined it shouldn't have taken any money at all. So I wont be coming to this store ever again. I also won't be recommending this store to anyone..

So I just stopped in to buy a couple of beverages an old lady named Naomi was working. She was very rude and wouldn't explain to me why the price of the beverages was more than listed on the door. She then insist said I can either buy it or not. So I then explain to her that I'm just trying to have a conversation with her about why the price is so much higher and then she got upset and said that she's going to refuse to sell. So I then said I'm going to report you and she stated she's been with the company for 20 something years and she highly doubts are going to do anything to her. So I just reported her to the corporate office and now I'm leaving a bad review about her and she really needs to get coached on her customer service skills because it's lacking very badly and circle k ended up losing a cell that day because of her!
