I absolutely LOVE this store I try to make it in there at least once a week or twice a month pending on my schedule, the staff is very polite I feel very welcomed every time I visit the store. I have bought multiple items such as a pool table, outdoor chair hammock, desk for my sons room, carpet, pillows, tools, completely redone my whole Christmas decor, I’ve bought odd and end things. I just picked up 2 new Christmas trees ? just this week. Normally I can resist a GREAT bargain but the way the staff members are I buy because of their kindness and yes the prices are A HUGE plus. Thank you To all that work there.

An advertising method of “whoever gets here first” is not cool. We notified them that we would be there this morning when the doors opened to get a sofa. Someone else apparently had done the same and because they beat us to the desk, we made an hour and 1/2 drive for nothing. This is not the way to do business and need to use another avenue besides marketplace to sell their merchandise.

The nice people who work there are the greatest to help and even suggest great ideas. One of the employees I will give a great shout out to is Shelby. She helped me out as I had a lot of questions to ask on some of the items for sale there. I ended up going back several times and she is a blessing to this establishment. If you can think of it, they probably have it! Want a deal, this is a good place to start before buying full price. Items may be in working condition but have a small knick or dent, and they drop the price. Massage tables, refrigerators, generators, bathroom counters, coffee pots, yard and garden equipment, truck bed covers, they have a bit of everything!

Very poor customer service from a young guy with blue hair and glasses (Jamal Richardson) who claim to be the store manager. Yard Sale emailed me a $15 gift card for my birthday and I use it to purchase ear buds. Sadly, the ear buds didn't work properly. Although I returned the ear buds to the store within the 3 day return policy, the guy who claimed to be the store manager (Jamal Richardson) refused to give me a store credit because it was purchased with a "free" gift card. He not only was very rude, he also attempted to insult my intelligence by asking me "do I understand what free mean." After a 5 minutes debate with him, he finally allowed me to exchange the broken ear buds for other merchandise. I shop at Yard Sale quite often and have NEVER had a bad experience at the Smyrna location. The Smyrna staff is very friendly and professional.
