The guy was friendly, but still wanted well over $600 to change a $30 AC line on a 2003 Nissan frontier. According to YouTube takes a little over an hour. Beware the days of affordable services are gone!! $500 labor, come on man !!

Very nice, professional, honest and timely. They will work with you on time whether it’s getting there or needing to pick up your vehicle after they’ve maintenanced or fixed your vehicle. Also they understand not everyone has the funds necessary for vehicle work just sitting around and they will help you with finding a solution, as far as spacing what can be completed at a later time and doing what is necessary for your vehicle to run good at that moment. Overall great place and people, and will definitely use them for anything else my vehicle needs that they do there.

It’s a shame a single Woman who is almost 80 went to your business. You charged her almost $2000 to fix a fuel pump and tune up. Now her gas gauge doesn’t work, 2 days later. But of course, not your fault. Could have happened anytime. And her car still runs bad. Hmmmmm

WG Baker saved me a $1000 on my A/C repair. I told them I thought I needed a new compressor and got a quote for $1500 from a couple of places. However after inspection and recharging they found it worked acceptably. It may need to be replaced in the future I am happy to put off that spend for now.

I have had my vehicle at their shop several times and always excellent work done. Prices are good, employees kind and courteous and do great work fast. I will go back when needed and tell others about them.

Not go back again. It’s frustrating when you’re charged without a satisfactory resolution. If you’ve already informed the service personnel about the specific error, it’s reasonable to expect that they address it without additional charges.

Took my 2018 GMC for a transmission flush, front and rear differential fluid change and transfer case fluid change and truck runs great. WG Baker and Sons were so polite and called with a quote before any work was done. Quote was reasonable for the work they did and substantially lower then the dealership. I would definitely recommend !

Do not do business with this people!!!! They are very unprofessional and lack communication skills to their customers. I asked for an explanation of the work that was done to my car to understand charges and Owner(old man with long hair) spoke very sarcastic and said "I have 30 years experience, what is so hard to understand". I have never heard this level of disrespect when asking for a simple explanation. Very rude and poor labor. We paid over $300 in diagnostic test charges only so prepare to pay excessively for poor work and rudeness. These people are a scam and take advantage of people that lack knowledge. Never doing business with them again. If I could give no stars, I would.

I am very dependent on my vehicle to give my grandson rides to work in Nashville as well as doctor appointments so I appreciate how quickly my car’s problems were diagnosed and fixed so I was only without my vehicle overnight.I have been to WG Baker before and both Joe and Wade are professional and courteous and took time to explain my vehicle’s problems to me. I plan on using them for my vehicle maintenance in the future and highly recommend this business.
