I’ve been using this pharmacy for around 7 years. I just had five pills missing from my prescription for the second time in about three years. Called to tell them and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. So basically they will let the techs or whoever take your narcotic medication and I guess they think we’re supposed to just take it.

Unreal. The pharmacy here is horrible. They called me to tell me my son's asthma inhaler was ready for pick up. Then proceeded to tell my husband they never filled it. What?! And then proceed to tell him the closest place to get it is Mt Juliet. He must have it but they don't care. There is no such thing as ethical businesses any more.

As a regular visitor to the Walgreens in Smyrna, TN, I can confidently say that it's become my go-to spot for all my essential needs. Whether it's picking up medication, printing photos, or grabbing refreshments like my favorite Celicus energy drink in Sparkling Orange flavor, Walgreens has consistently delivered.

Ordered 5 of my meds. Told them I would be there sat morning they told me all would be ready and they weren't. Had to wait half an hour to get 3 of the 5 filled.

I get it was Christmas and I didn’t plan my meal properly, so I checked the pantry and I was out of rice. Decided to order some rice, milk, and eggs to cover my holiday meal. Went to curbside and no one came out after waiting for a long time. I walked in and my daughter said go to the pickup sign; walked up and waited, a lady that works there saw me waiting and didn’t acknowledge me, so I walked up to her and said, “excuse me, do you work here? Loud and rude she said, YEAH!” So, I said well I am waiting for curbside and no one came out!” And she said, “wait by photos” she walked up and loudly asked for my name and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and rudely talking to another employee about a water pill that the store doesn’t have. When I saw that I only had two of the ordered items, she yelled out; “ YOU WASN’T CHARGED FOR THE ITEM WE COULDNT FIND!” while rolling her eyes. I have never been annoyed and offended at the same time. She pissed me off but if I didn’t have my daughter with me, it would have went down but my daughter looked at me and said, “what’s her problem, does she need a toy mama, it’s Christmas?” I assumed she was upset for working on Christmas. My daughter felt bad for the rude lady.

I work for the Pain management Group and I would just like to say that you all are rude and very unprofessional. I called you all today at 5:13p and sat on hold and was hung up on. I then called back today at 5:30p and been on hold until 5:56p with no answer. I understand you all get busy, but you all need to realize that y'all signed up to work at walgreens, so do your job or quit. It is very simple. Y'all should be ashamed!!!!! horrible work ethic!!!

I myself was sitting there almost two hours to get my covid shot and my rsv, I gained a new respect for Bessie and the technicians after spending this time there. I never once got up set due to the time, no one comes to the counter ready to pick up there medicine, they want to argue why they can't get a medicine before it is time to refill, or can't find there insurance card. The info I heard was not behind the counter it was the people coming into pick up. The stress this team works under is beyond me, and I will say being a property manager I thought was hard, I don't hold a candle to these ladies. God Bless each and everyone of them I think everyone should show appreciate more then people share watch them to see the volume they work through and never lose there smile. Keep up the great job

I quit using thr pharmacy over a year ago due to never having my meds come in for days... today was odd for me... I've never been a person to say this, but I felt racially profiled for the first time... employee kept walking up the same aisle as me and the manager walks up asking if there's anything she can help me find.... it was the oddest feeling... I literally have on a t shirt and have a small wallet on me... how would I steal?.. sooo weird... I didn't even think anything until the manager approached me...

Pharmacy is a terrible place , the MOST inefficient crew I have ever seen. Takes 30 more than minutes in the drive through to pick up my daughter medication after all the waiting she said I have to come inside !!! I came inside she asked me to go back to the end of the line and I already made the line on the drive way ….

I come to pick up my daughters meds and stood in line for 25 minutes while only two pharmacists(in training) I saw didn’t have a clue about what to do… No one to shadowing them or nothing. I only used this pharmacy cause my daughter chose the wrong one. But I’ll never be back EVER!! This is so ridiculous!!!

I love this Walgreens. They are one of the only ones who would take my prescription. They always tell me when my prescriptions are ready and they are ready when I get there. Today the pharmacy tech got my prescription down to half of the GoodRX price (a fourth of the original price)! They are awesome! Ty!
