This is the worst Walgreens ever I wish they would just shut this place down 35min waiting in the drive through. Somebody fire all these people that work in that place the worst and slowest service ever.

So grateful for the pharmacy staff here. After a tense morning in the ER with my mother, these guys were able to fill a prescription right before going to lunch so I could get home and care for my mother! Thank you guys!

I have so much gratitude for this Walgreens. All the employees from the pharmacy as well as the ones running the main store are top notch, kind, and helpful. Today....after the pharmacy staff reminded me......I got my much needed shingles vaccine. Took less than 5 minutes. ❤️❤️❤️

The pharmacy at this location is super slow. Most of the time they have one person trying to do both inside and drive thru. You see other people working but no one ever steps out to assist regardless of how many people are waiting. Very poor service

Everyone at the front of the store is always super nice and friendly BUT the pharmacy associates are always so rude. They have zero customer service skills. I recommend going to Publix for any prescriptions needed.

I work late but got in line just in time 7:50, they finished with the car in front of me at 7:54 and closed the window when it was my turn. Customer service is always terrible and this is icing on the cake. I get it y’all are ready to go but when someone is in line waiting and it’s not 8 yet. You’re supposed to still be open. 7:55 is not 8pm.

I like using Walgreens because they are close to my house and convenient. But here lately they have become very slowly and haven't had my meds unless I went inside

The pharmacy needs a serious revamp or something. There’s always a wait & you’re never acknowledged. When you’re finally acknowledged, you’re greeted with a pharmacy tech who clearly hates her job. It’s hard to find someone who’s friendly and helpful. Think it’s time to switch pharmacies at this point!And I don’t usually agree that the customer is always right, but I do believe that sometimes workers have snooty attitudes about themselves. It’s very trying when you try to act like a civilized person everywhere you go, only to deal with disgruntled workers.I have since filed a complaint to corporate about the African American lady tech who I had a horrible experience with today.The one wearing a scarf & long nails. The one that doesn’t verbally communicate but resorts to snatching cards & nodding her head when you need help vs communicating like an adult!

Walgreens at 1300 Hazelwood Dr. Smyrna, TN. this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to … I used Kroger, Publix and some others , and I don’t know if other Walgreens locations are as bad as this one , but this one is the worst I’ve ever been to … customer service has a lot to be desired , and medications are never ready, I have to come 3 different times to get all of my meds … today I tried to schedule my covid test , 3 people behind the pharmacy desk acting like I don’t even exist , been standing there for 15 minutes, and finally left after being completely ignored , and I was the only customer … stay away from this place , and find you a nice pharmacy

Mostly good in the pharmacy but not four or five stars worth. Promise you your prescription is going to be ready 3 hours later you go to pick it up and it's not ready. Stop telling me that you're going to get it ready and don't get it ready

They remember your name they greet you when you enter the store and you just feel comfortable and and they're very helpful if you are located on item. Or have any questions the pharmacy staff is great? This is the walgreens at the corner of nissan drive and Enon Springs. I will go back and take some pics. Now the post review is not selectable so.. okay I had to switch over to Google because I lost the microphone on the Samsung but next time I am in the store I will take photographs and maybe interview some of the employees Have a good weekend and it looks like We did not have a winter this year

It's probably more on me for giving so many attempts, but time after time I have horrid experiences at this location in particular. From not being acknowledged after 5 minutes of being the only person in line, to prescriptions never being ready when they are supposed to. Ridiculous more so when there is more employees in the building than customers but still can't get service

Stood at pharmacy for 5 minutes watching girl do paperwork and ignoring me. Just rude, angry looking workers, refusing to acknowledge me. If you don't like your job, quit! People used to say, "I'll be with you in a moment", not these days. I'll never walk in another Walgreens or CVS.
