Worst place and always a issue getting meds and forbid you get multiple in the same name they call to tell you they are ready for pick up and its just one. So stupid. No one wants to wait 45 mins in line each time to get meds. Then they go by pick up date on refills. My doctor calls in meds on a 30 day supply it doesnt matter when they were picked up. Its on my 30 day with my doctor.

Got a notification that my medicine was ready. When I got there they said they needed more time how!!!!! I went a hour later!!!!!! I am so pissed then the attitude of the pharmacy tech Jaynce with braids at the window, she was rude and there was no hello just what is your last name like she had a bad day! She was helpful in making this the last straw I'm changing my pharmacy.

Yeah this isn't the best place to get a prescription filled! This location told me multiple times that they did not have our Yorkie's prescription. After several times of going back and fourth with the employee. She then decided to check the Walgreens pharmacy voicemail and stated that his medicine would be done within an hour! Fast forward to now! I go up to the pharmacy and found out the employee deleted his prescription with no way of getting it back is a really BIG ISSUE! Currently our Yorkie has an ulcer issue and he's in pain! This was suppose to be his antibiotic to prevent infection so he would not be permanently blind! Now he's doctors office is close and we have no way of getting his medicine. Meanwhile I'm constantly apologizing to our Yorkie because an employee deleted his medication! What if this happened to someone whose life was in jeopardy! Not a good look at all!

This place is ridiculous! Every time I come to pick up a prescription I've called in in advance, they tell me it is "in process" and that I need to wait a few minutes. This time, I called in a prescription several hours ago and when I got there they told me "10 minutes." Well, it's been 20 minutes and I'm still waiting. It's like they wait till you show up to fill a prescription you called in! Do better or I'll go to another pharmacy.

Ive used Walgreens for many, many years, yet this location is terrible and has caused me to never again use Walgreens. You can easily wait 24-48 hours for prescriptions. They are always behind schedule, things are never ready when they say they will be. I finally exhausted all patience with this facility. I said every time, “i will never… but found myself coming back out of habit/routine. I can finally say with confidence I will never be a Walgreens customer again. Its always something with this location,, and I have run out of excuses for them. Tried to hang in there as, again. I’ve used them for as long as I can remember and live just down the road, yet I’m finally really over it. I can go several miles down the road to anywhere and receive better customer satisfaction.

I am usually a very satisfied Walgreens customer, however lately not so much with this location. It takes a lot to tick me off for instance, I was told after coming to this location because my normal Walgreens location system has been down all day. I went through the process of call my Dr.’s office to transfer my perception at 5:00 pm I went to the drive-through to check to make sure they had received it. I was told then at 5:15 it would be ready in 1 hour I’m still in the parking lot waiting at 8:10pm. I checked on my prescription at 7:45pm yet again and the same person (lied to my face) and had the audacity to say they just received my prescription. Keep in mind this was the same person who confirmed nearly 2 hours prior that they were working on my prescription. O the lies. I have never written a review of this nature however if there’s one thing I cannot stand is a liar. CVS pharmacy is Looking good across the street!

Spent 20 mins making my booster appt,then they woudnt give it without proof of both shots,why didnt they mention that during appt set up

If I could give them zero stars I would. They treat the patients who are on long term pain management like drug addicts especially if you have 2 scripts of pain medications. The manager on duty gave me one date when his staff gave me another. They made me wait until the date the management stated. The staff depending on which duty can be nice others can be hateful

The pharmacist Heather is great! I had an issue w/my prescription and she literally fixed it in 2minutes, faster than it was to fill the script. Very courteous, professional and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had a great experience with this Walgreens until today. I received an email from Walgreens saying that if you went through the drive-thru they would be more than happy to get you items so you wouldn’t have to go in store.

too many employees with attitudes and not enough training and unfortunately that's the case with the pharmacist's too. The wait time is also very long inside or the drive threw. Been with W-G 25 years and I'm really thinking about trying somewhere else.

We were on vacation from California and needed a prescription filled. The pharmacist was able to pull us up in the system. Can't thank them enough for their help and guidance after being in the local emergency hospital.

Absolutely loved my many experiences with this pharmacy and store. They always go out of their way to help me with any questions or concerns. The pharmacy is very fast with filling all my prescriptions and always answer any questions or concerns I might have. I am always greeted by a friendly employee and the cashier's and staff are extremely helpful and kind
