They remember your name they greet you when you enter the store and you just feel comfortable and and they're very helpful if you are located on item. Or have any questions the pharmacy staff is great? This is the walgreens at the corner of nissan drive and Enon Springs. I will go back and take some pics. Now the post review is not selectable so.. okay I had to switch over to Google because I lost the microphone on the Samsung but next time I am in the store I will take photographs and maybe interview some of the employees Have a good weekend and it looks like We did not have a winter this year

Had an appointment for third COVID shot, but waited over an hour, and the couple in front of us had waited two hours. I know that there is a labor shortage due to people refusing to work for a living, but maybe Walgreens should schedule their appointment times more accordingly. Otherwise, this is a good location for pharmaceutical needs.

Called and checked to see if they had my prescription, the tech on phone said yes, plenty came in. When i get there a different tech rolls her eyes at me and then tells me they didn't have any. With all the other pharmacies in town, this should be the last on your list to visit.

I recently went to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my normal prescriptions and had a few questions, not about the medications themselves but about my express pay, refills, etc. I had never seen the woman who was helping me there before but I've noticed several new faces. The techs who always helped me before, I haven't seen in awhile. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful, even when they're extremely busy. I've been going to this pharmacy for almost 10 years. I was the only customer in there on this trip to the pharmacy. The person who was helping me, I think her name is Aspen, acted extremely annoyed by my questions and the time she was wasting on me. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask her something. I literally felt like she didn't want to waste her breath on me and that she considered me beneath her. Guess I'll be looking for a new pharmacy to go to.

Every time I come here, they act like they are the world's busiest pharmacy. They very well may be, but I hate how much I feel like an inconvenience. The pharmacy on Medical Center, which I suspect may see more business since it's right beside a lot of medical offices, has never provided poor customer service. I just wish this wasn't the closest Walgreens to my house. 😖

Yesterday, Nov 8, 2018, I was diagnoised with pneumonia and a broken rib caused by coughing. When I arrived to pick up my prescriptions, three had been previously submitted and one was delivered thru the drive thru window upon my arrival. The written prescription was not going to be ready for 1.5 hours. I did not feel like waiting and did not feel like going back later so I did not pick up that prescription yesterday. Today, prior to going to pick it up, i called Walgreens to see if a store employee could possibly take a six pack of diet soda back to the drive thru so I could pick it up there. Since I am contagious and in pain I did not feel like going into the store. First, the store clerk, based on voice tone, was not overly optimistic about handling this request, however, she did finally agree. Unfortunatrly, once I arrived to pick up my meds, the pharmacy clerk said she could not get the six pack of drinks in the drive thru window. I ask if she would take them out of the plastic container? Her response, “well, i would have to take out all six.†While I understand this is not her job, the pharmacy clerk totally missed an opportunity to provide any type of customer service today. I am very disappointed to say the least!!! I have done business with Walgreens for years and they have continuously provided slower and slower service through the pharmacy and less and less customer service in the store. I will be looking for a new pharmacy; Someplace that promotes extraordinary customer service!!! If you need help training in this area (and clearly you do), let me know if you would like to contract my services. Until my recent retirement, I was a Supervisor in Customer Relations. Therefore, I know good customer service when it is provided and it is definitely appreciated when it is received. You missed a good opportunity today to shine by providing a simple task of removing the plastic from six drinks so they could be delivered individually through the drive thru window. I am sure losing one customer is of no concern to your corporation, however, I can promise you I am not the only customer being provided poor service; just the one willing to take the time to voice a complaint.

They are great people that go out of their way to make it easy to get what you need.
