A bad experience, I went for help with my phone and it came out worse, the girl who touched me was very friendly and seemed like I was asking for the free service (so expensive that they charge) save yourself a lot of time and ask to speak to someone competent.

I rarely ever leave reviews. FYI.
And first I want to say that Becca took care of me on my first visit and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend asking for her if you decide to go to this location.
Moreover, I went back the next day because I noticed my phone's touch sensitivity was laggy and not as responsive as normal. I was hoping someone there could point me in the right direction. When I walked in, no one greeted me; the employees were sitting at one of the tables and seemed bothered that I approached them asking for assistance. It's as if I disturbed them? I went in there calm and polite. I'm not an uptight person whatsoever. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, so I get it. But this was ridiculous man. When I told the employee what my problem was, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Almost as if my question was stupid. When I gave him my phone to "look" at my problem, he didn't even fix it; the setting he applied had nothing to do with what I needed. Smh.
Unlike my first visit, the second made me feel weird. I don't ever plan on going back. The store—aside from Becca of course—was not warm or hospitable. On the bright side, I HIGHLY recommend going to the Murfreesboro location! They were fantastic, answered the couple questions I had, and fixed all my problems.

Bad customer service on their part. Not transparent with anything. Make sure to read every small print and don’t listen to anything they say, because anything for a quick commission I guess.

Came in there to see if they can help with my phone battery , one of the employees glanced at my phone for 1 second without giving me the chance to fully communicate with me about the situation and how it can be resolved and just told me to go to their competitor T-Mobile so they could help ? Don't really get how sending me to your competitor is good business but no worries I will not return .

Terrible customer service. Walked in and stood there for about 15 minutes and not a soul acknowledged me. Not a "hello" or a "we'll be right with you." I was really looking forward to purchasing a new phone today, but I guess I'll just go home and use the app while looking at pictures on google of Verizon workers, it'll be a more personal experience than this store has to offer.

The worst service in general the selle me sometimes that they don't have and then Maikol the district manager said they will give me a credit on it for $1544 dollars is been three months and they still don't even putting notes on costumer service this is actually a nightmare because they just pass the ball and it's nobody fault if you want to get a fraud in your live switch with Verizon

We had the best experience at the Smyrna, TN Verizon. Brandon Morrison greeted us at the door and helped us immediately. We did arrive right at opening time, so not many customers ahead of us. Brandon was pleasant and very thorough. Highly recommend!

The "Devil" is in the details...I went to the Verizon store in Smyrna for some technical assistance with my phone and they were unable to resolve it and I'm not bothered because it was a tricky one.I asked them to show me some new phones and was going to get the latest model of the current phone I have based upon an advertisement I received indicating I could get a free phone.I was okay with paying the taxes on the phone and I did not necessarily like some additional fees they had but was still going to move forward.The last draw when was when they were going to charge me $29 to transfer my apps to my new phone when that used to be free I've had it done several times before.That free phone was going to be about $160 at the door give or take and I had had all I could take from Verizon and walked out the door with the same phone I came in there with.

If I could give them no stars I sure would. I went in there last thursday night before 5. The customer Service of verizon told me that I had an upgrade and I could trade in an older phone for it. They told me no, so I called customer service back while at the store and asked for a supervisor. By the time I got off the phone e it was 6:54 and they refused to sell me a phone. Told me all phones were locked up for the night and they wouldn't unlock them and wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. So I left and drove to the store at nippers corner and the got me the upgrade and a new phone for hlmy husband for NO more $$$. Just RUDE, RUDE, RUDE PEOPLE HERE.
