The worst service in general the selle me sometimes that they don't have and then Maikol the district manager said they will give me a credit on it for $1544 dollars is been three months and they still don't even putting notes on costumer service this is actually a nightmare because they just pass the ball and it's nobody fault if you want to get a fraud in your live switch with Verizon

What horrible customer service this store has... and the bad thing is that if you tell them no, they threaten you saying that when you return they will charge you for the activation and they will no longer give you any promotions... Horrible service

this store is terrible not professional the manager was at the store and he did not know what to do i bought a Z fold 3 it malfunctioned i had insurance and a warranty i just got the phone march 10 and he refused to replace the phone verizon regional office needs to check this store and see whats going on because this is bad business make you want to use another company if you can take my money you should respect the customer and the contract.....

Always in and out quickly. Knowledgeable staff and super helpful! Walked me though several services and warranties. Jeramiah was nice and extremely efficient! Other staff members were consistent with this in the past as well

Day 5 no port occurred... not staying there as it's easier to move family to ATT then wait a week for a port ...Verizon has better service at work but unfortunately lazy in store and too many prompts for even their workers to want to deal with ... a mistake to make the attempt to switch! Lookin at 2.5 stars at the store says it all... I'll check reviews on yelp in the future ... the lack of effort or help says it all... no point of the stores anymore and copy and paste responses from Verizon doesn't help.

went in to obtain a new phone, person informed us that we need to be on the list to be waited on. He took my wife's information, and we waited. Three other people walked in after us at various times(over about 20 minutes), and were addressed almost immediately, while my wife was ignored. We left, might go to another store or just change carriers And get her a new phone.

After receiving terrible service from the corporate location in Murfreesboro I went in here to see if they could help. The staff and manager were so helpful and their customer service was on point. Unfortunately they could not help my situation but wish I went here from the start. I'm surprised the reviews are low considering the experience I had.

I came in to this store today and the guy told me sorry we don't have the cell phone you want but we can order it or you can go to Best Buy/WalMart and get one there. I said ok do they have them and he said yes they always have them but we are on back order. I went to Best Buy and Walmart and they did not have one. I called the order line and was on hold fo 45 minutes. I came back to the store and the guy now says that they don't have a way to order in store to call the line. So we called and continued to sit on hold listening to the music and he joked around dancing to the music saying "it's kinda funny how long you wait it starts to become your jam". What a ridiculous customer service this was. I've been a customer longer than he's probably been alive.
