Would give 0 stars if possible. This was listed as a walk in clinic and I needed to get my 3 year old, who had a 102 fever, in to be seen after calling around and finding no appointments anywhere, even for walk-in. I was told "we are not a walk in clinic and there was nothing they could do for me without going online to request an appointment". Nothing about that is very "walk-in" friendly. I talked to another family member and said they have used the walk in services at this location multiple times with no issues, both calling ahead and just walking in. I was in tears on the phone with these people and not a drop of sympathy was in their voice. Would not recommend.

Be Aware of their Financial / Insurance SCAM :Visited the hospital for my Kid in October 2022. Asked for charges and they told me it will be around $160 for sick visit. I told I had insurance and they scanned my card. They billed later by Jan for $360. For Sick Visit and Strep Test, I am charged $360. No one informed me I have to pay more if I insurance vs Self Pay at time of check out. Who wants to pay more with insurance. They added so many charges saying New patient visit, record keeping, etc. Please have a board that if you use insurance you will end up paying more. Tried working with their billing department, etc after paying $150 from my pocket. But nothing helped. People in Billing Department and People in clinic will give you conflicting information. Better avoid these kind of scammers and visit a really hospital and preferably NOT Vanderbilt.

Went this past Tuesday for a sinus infection. Strep came back negative. Never received a phone call back for my flu and covid test. Sent on my way with some Flonase and zyrtec. Symptoms only proceeded to get worse. So I went to a urgent care today, and was prescribed the right antibiotics to help me out. So it's safe to say, I will not be returning to the Vanderbilt Health Clinic.

Had a very pleasant visit to this clinic. Was hesitant to go to the clinic in Walgreens. However had a good experience the nurse and the nurse practioner during the covid fiasco was very attentive and considerate of my needs.

The lady at the front, rude and very condescending. The female NP wasn’t any better. I’ll rather drive back to 100 Oaks to my regular doctor or down to Murfreesboro to the other Vandy Walk-In that deal with these rude people.A previous visit, the male NP sent a prescription in, without checking interactions with my regular medicine, which he was aware of since it’s in my chart, the pharmacists wouldn’t fill it because the interactions were so severe.

I'm pretty confused about the low Google rating for this place. I had a great experience! The ladies there had great bed side manners, and they seemed to really care. I highly recommend coming here for treatment.

The service provided by Pearl at this location, should be commended. She greeted me with a smile and immediately took me into an exam room to draw blood for the test my doctor requested. She was gentle and very proficient in carrying out her job. I will definitely return to this location, if in the future, labs are requested and I will recommend others to this location! Thanks Vanderbilt Health Clinic

The negative reviews I see on here almost made me not go to the clinic. I had a good experience with no wait. I had blood tests that had been ordered by my doctor at Vanderbilt. The process was easier than going to Vanderbilt Medical Center. I called ahead to make sure the clinic had my order and talked to Karen. She was very pleasant and told me there was no wait currently and that they had not been busy, but that I could go online and make an appointment if I wanted to make sure. I checked that out, and it looked to be an easy process. I went without an appointment with no wait. They were pleasant, and the process didn't take long. I went at 5:30 PM, and the results all appeared on MyHealth at Vanderbilt by 10:30 PM. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would! After receiving two phone calls from this lame clinic a day prior to my appointment. I get to the clinic 20 mins before my appointment and waited an hour and two mins just for the nurse are whoever she was to tell me that they apologize they don’t know who I talked to but they did not have the medication I needed. I’m not sure if it was because I am an African American are just the Incompetence of the clinic. But this was totally a waste of an hour and a drive! If you don’t want to work are service someone of another race close the doors!
