We were able to test drive, pay and head home within two hours. The employees were able to answer all our questions and even checked out a seat belt that was giving us trouble before we left. We had a paperwork issue that required the dealer to do some fixing, and the guys took care of it in a timely manner. “Easygoing and honest people to deal with. I was interested in a Toyota Prius that they had on the lot. I was able to test drive the vehicle and they even allowed me to take it to a Toyota dealership to get the vehicle inspected which took a couple of hours. The vehicle checked out but had one tire that was almost bare and the rear brake pads would need to be changed in the next 10k miles. These guys went out of their way to put a new set of Michelin tires on the vehicle for me. The negotiations over the price were easy and I got the vehicle for a great price that was way below KBB value. After the sale, they even offered to change the rear brakes for $100 including labor and parts before I drove home. Over 2k miles, the vehicle has not given me any issues and continues to save money on fuel since I bought it. I am pleased and happy that I gave the guys at Grand Auto Sale & Repair my business. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle or need service on your current vehicle.”
