I've been a US Bank customer for 15 years. This branch refused to cash a check I had written to a vendor because he was not also a US Bank customer. I even spoke to the manager by phone. Ultimately, I had to leave work and drive to the branch while my vendor waited there. A big waste of time for both of us.

Mr. Todd is very unprofessional and arrogant…And go tell me I can’t get my money out the bank…removing money from one account to another without permission…Never again will come back to this bank..Been a customer for 5 years…
