The guy made me like I was an idiot because I didn't see small print under a QR code said "It clearly says it right there" and was just arrogant about it... I didn't appreciate it, I chose this place because it was supposed to be a free Amazon return... I won't be coming back

SHOUT-OUT TO EMILY!!!! I ran into the store at 6:28PM and they closed at 6:30PM, but Miss Emily was sooo kind and accommodating. It was my first time using UPS for Amazon Returns and IT WAS SO EASY. Will definitely use this location again for all Amazon Returns! Hopefully Emily will be there next time too!! (:

I came into UPS the other day to print out a return label I had for some clothing I needed to return. I was greeted by a worker, who was super happy to help me. I get super nervous in public situations so it was super refreshing to see how nice this worker was. The worker helped me print out my return label, and even taped it on for me without me asking. I will definitely be returning! Kind customer service goes a long way! Thank you!

Had a medical package that they tried to make me pay $5 to pick up when it was set to be delivered there originally. Don't trust ANYTHING they say it is a franchise.Edit: it was sent there after having multiple problems with UPS themselves. You're garbage. You're antagonistic. You're rude. The policy 100% makes you untrustworthy when its an issue that corporate has sent down. BTW I do have the my choice program.The owner even had the gall to come outside and try to yell at me afterwards because I guess they had their poor ego bruised. Pathetic. I use to bring all my work shipments to this store and I made sure my company closed their account after the disgraceful response today. Thank you so very much.

Absolutely amazing staff, Emily was so helpful and patient answering all my questions and helping me get my packages boxed up and sent off. Taking extra care to make sure I had exactly what I needed. This type of care and attention to detail especially during a holiday rush is hard to teach. Thank you for your help Emily!

A very bad place. It was very bad when I came to this place twice. The first time I came here to return something from Amazon, because there is a QR code for refund when returning goods from Amazon. When I asked the front desk, the staff did not tell me that I could went to the front and scanned the QR code to refund freeand I was charged three dollars. The second time, because the online order required a signature and I was not at home, the items were returned to the store. I went to pick them up the next day and was told that it would take the third day. I went to pick it up, but I forgot to bring my ID when I went to pick it up on the third day. The clerk told me that I couldn’t pick it up because I didn’t bring my ID. I showed them my online order and the ID photo I took with my phone and they were not allowed to take it. I told the clerk that I It's far away from here and I won't let you take it. I would like to know how someone without ID can pick up the package?

Who ever runs the deliveries at this location is incompetent and needs a new job. They delivered my $80+ dollar package into the wrong mailbox and it makes absolutely no sense when anyone with working eyes would know that the address on the package would have a matching mailbox #. Now i have to wait for a ridiculously drawn out investigation because UPS refuses to allow direct access to delivery drivers so that they can GO FIX THEIR MISTAKES same day .

The UPS in Smyrna has offered consistent and outstanding service every time I have used this location. Always greeted, treated quickly and efficiently and have always left feeling very satisfied with the service. No complaints whatsoever in the many times I have come here for the past 7 years. It's been a pleasure using your store.Keep up the good work!
