I had the most wonderful experience with Robin at UPS! She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in needing assistance with an Amazon return of two LED bars, and Robin made everything so easy. Her warm demeanor and cheerful attitude turned a mundane task into a delightful interaction.
