United States Cold Storage is a friendly and clean facility. It is a tight and small place, so careful maneuvering for parking and docking is required, with limited spots in the yard. Some parking is available on the road. Operations are by appointment, and being on time is advised as they stay fairly busy. Crews are described as easy going, very friendly, almost always punctual, and efficient. Unloading can go quickly once started. The facility offers a drivers lounge with a nice and clean bathroom, restrooms inside, and vending machines with a microwave. No overnight parking is allowed on site, but there is a staging area and space on the street.

Great place to deliver and pickup from.
Just be on time! Easy going employees.
Tight facility for parking and maneuvering around in. Especially when you have 300+ inches. Bathrooms are nice and clean.
