I recently had an experience at Twice Daily Store #8807 that left me deeply concerned. As a vendor, I was told I could not use the back door for deliveries. However, I have video evidence of a white vendor being allowed access through the same door, while I, as a Black vendor, was denied. This inconsistency feels discriminatory and raises serious concerns about how vendors are treated at this location.
I reached out to the company via Facebook to request an email address to escalate my concerns. Although my message was read, I never received a response or the requested contact information. This lack of accountability only adds to the frustration.
Additionally, false statements about the situation were made by staff, and the store manager relied on these without verifying their accuracy. This, combined with the preferential treatment I witnessed, leads me to question the integrity and professionalism of the management at this store.
As someone who values fairness and equity in business interactions, I am disappointed by this experience. I hope Twice Daily takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to ensure all vendors are treated with respect and dignity.

I work nights went in for gas two cashiers were just standing there doors locked they saw me waiting and they closed the store blinds…. 7/29/24 12:40am
Update decided to give it a second chance and once again two employed was in there doing absolutely nothing while the doors were locked 8/4/24 1:20 am probably won’t be back might as well make the extra 5 min drive to another gas station terrible work ethic

This has NEVER been a good place to work. They treat their employees like a doormat. Upper management stresses out lower management, and they, in return, yell and cuss at their hard working employees. Too much pressure for such a low paying job. The new management is tyrannical and unaccepting of people who are different than they are. Whether you are transgender, gay or a Christian, they do not treat you as an equal. If they don't like you, you will be dismissed. I will never darken their doors again!! #Godislove@2022

I'm a LYFY DRIVER. I routinely rested and/or started my LYFT-driving day at this location, during NICK's shift. This incorporated chatting with him & Smyrna PD Officers. He was / will forever be the the kindest soul of all of my LYFT-driving states (6). One time, he offered to cover the LYFT charges for a stranger who walked to the store, as Nick & I were having a conversation.

went in pay for gas had a roll of quarters $10 had $20 to get gas and the gentleman behind the counter was very smart and rude about taking $10 in quarters so they don’t take change here to go across the street to the race track. very rude. I’ll never come back here again made it a point to tell the lady in there we need to put a sign up on our window says we do not except change money is money

Nick on the night shift is such an asset to Twice Daily. And Donna is awesome on the day shift. Nick takes the time to make note of all his repeat customers and will keep your fav items in stock. He makes sure that my fav mango smoothies are in stock. The store is so clean.

Just left this store and the girl who was checking me out was so nice and helpful and then this other cashier came over and grabbed her arm and said go help them and she said I'm already helping him and the 2nd cashier starts walking off cussing and being very loud and very disrespectful to the girl helping me, just because she didn't want to check her customer out my cashier was very respectful to me and I could see she was very embarrassed and hurt. I wish her the best

The lady was nice. I have a $20 and she gave me two 5 dollar bills. One of them is counterfeit. I will not be back.
