Four customers in the store. One was buying a lawn mower. The cashier must have been a trainee. I think there was one other employee smoking cigarettes and on her phone outside. The manager was helping the trainee sell the lawn mower to that one person. He did not even acknowledge anyone else in the store. We all patiently waited while he walked the trainee through setting up an account for the person buying the lawn mower. Then the check didn't clear, so the guy buying the lawn mower had to call the bank and ask them why. While we waited. One elderly lady had been there waiting for ten minutes. I finally asked him if there was someone else who could help us. He told me to be patient and he would get to me when he could. I bought a zero turn lawn mower from TSC one time. I guess he could only see the money in front of his face. I put my items down and walked out.

I just went to the Franklin store for a spare part for a 6010 welding rod sku 1176458, they called the Fanklin store for the Smyrna store 513 Nolan Dr, and they confirmed that the spare part is there, I confirmed it, they placed it for me Name, I go to that store (50 minutes) and when I ask they tell me that they had it in the box waiting, but that a customer arrived and took it, I mean they sold it to someone else, I lose time, and I feel super mocked, too much lack of seriousness, 100% non-compliance, I lose the spare and the only thing they know how to say is sorry.I call Franklin and they tell me it's not their fault, and in Smyrna they just feel it, I feel sorry for others. Not to say more

I find the staff at this location to be very helpful and polite. They kindly answer questions, and provide the information I need. I had a mix up ordering a gift card and the manager called me right away to take care of it. I like this store!

Good stuff fair prices but I was highly disappointed the cashier was sick throwing up ringing up customers that’s rude to the customers

My daughter and I went to the store in Smyrna, TN @ 513 Nolen Dr. this was the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Chris the bald headed white guy was sooooo RUDE!! Thanks to Chris, I will No Longer be shopping at any of these stores again. I left there and went to Petsmart and the customer service was totally different.
