Decent car wash, usually doesn't dry completely but I've never been to a carwash that does, $5 kits used to be $3 for same small items

I do not recommend anyone going to this car wash. I took my brand new truck, that I just bought through there on Tuesday morning around 10am. When I came out of the wash I had scratches all the way fron my front passenger door to my back fender. Even I'm steps were scratched. They are taking 0 responsibility for the damage. I called my insurance company and they have been unwilling to cooperate with them as well. So if you don't want your vehicle damged don't go to this car wash they will not take responsibility for it. Pictures below just show some of the damage done. I just bought the truck the Friday before this happened.

I am thinking about canceling my membership. The vacuums have no suction. We cannot use the vacuum cleaners that work because the workers park their vehicles in the area that was for vacuuming.

I would give less stars if I could. My car was just about as dirty when I left as when I arrived this morning. When I complained a teammate rubbed his dry finger on a dirt spot and informed me that if his finger couldn’t take the dirt off the wash wouldn’t either. Funny, when I got home, I wet my finger and the dirt rubbed right off. I would advise anyone to avoid this place. They also refused to give me back my money. I might as well toss my money out my car window.

We had a free car wash coupon. Seems like our vehicle got fairly clean. Used the free vacuums and the mat washer. The young man attendant was very nice and helpful. Tommy's is a great car wash place!

Best car wash by far! I disliked that I didn’t have an option for basic wash with tire dressing. But the experience was great. I was visiting from Tx and this was a 5 star car wash!

Currently they are not washing the car well, the back is always dirty, there is no good drying and they are washing with water because the soap is not noticeable, very bad current experience after having subscribed for months, I do not recommend it.

I'm rating it at 3 because it's kind of an average between the past, when it always gave a great clean, to recent times (yes, plural) when it has consistently failed to get our windshield clean or fully clean our bumper and hood.

Vac's are nice, the mat cleaner is very nice but the cars wash is NOT SO GOOD......

This is where I wash my car. The vacuums are good and my car sparkles after I run it through. I feel safe and comfortable. The lighting is good. The people are nice.

Went there for the first time today. I was skeptical because of the 3.9 stars this place already has. I should have followed my gut and went else where. The 20 dollar wash is mediocre at best. The works sounds like everything should be spotless. I still had gunk in my rim and tire. The back of my car was still dirty. I went by and asked the cashier if we could re run the car because there were some spots the werent covered. He steped out to look at the car and after a quick look at it he said that it looked fine to him and didnt let me re run it through the wash. He wasnt mean about it so i will give him only that. There is other places that offer a rewash if it is still dirty and he didnt look over the car enough because it definitely was still dirty on the back. The vacuums also dont have the best suction. All and all not satisfied. Wont be back. Go somewhere for your wash. You will be happier ?
