Had an 11 o’clock appointment for a tire patch. I am still here and it is after 2 o’clock. What is the purpose of setting an appointment if I will still be here 3+ hours after my appointment. Don’t let the tire repair warranty be the deciding factor because it will cost you time if you’re not spending any money on your repair. You will be pushed to the backseat. I could have been in and out with a tire patch at a repair shop off Nolensville rd for $25 bucks.

I usually don't write reviews, but i feel everyone should be able to make a sound decision to use this establishment by its reviews. Tire discounters had served my family cars for many years. I received a service that should have been under warranty. When I took it back, I was given the runaround. They also left a part off the car, which I had to bring to their attention and go back and pick up. I will never use this location again. Before this incident, I had been very satisfied with them. I'm not sure why they made this experience such a bad one.

I just recently moved to Tennessee last month for work so i am still learning the area and places around. I searched this place up after work & saw it was close by and seemed pretty good. When i arrived Christian assisted me and unfortunately wasn’t able to help me the day of because they were closing soon but he was able to get me set up with an appointment the following day. He also had me pull into Bay 1 to get my tire pressure checked where Anthony assisted me with that. Both young men were very professional and welcoming at the very end of their shifts along with the following day when both gentlemen were very nice and just good people. Clearly they love their job and love to make sure the customers are happy and comfortable while their place of business is working on their vehicle. I had a few other questions about upcoming services i will need at some point and Christian helped me out with that showing me bundle deals and suggested when and what time to schedule the appointment when they aren’t as busy. My experience with the place and the staff was amazing! Highly recommend anyone who needs servicing done to head over. You won’t regret it! Thanks gentlemen!

Brought my ram truck in for a test on a motor I had installed because it was running a little rough and next thing I know I need a new motor. Then I get another motor and suddenly it needs all new valves. Every time I turn around they keep adding costs. It's not adding up.

The service for my oil change was kind of long, but customer service was top tier. Christian who was at the front desk was very nice, attentive, and appreciative of my time. Even through all the running Christian had to do, the attitude stayed positive, customer service was on point, and due to the excessive time, I was given a discount. Christian is a great asset to the team.

Had an unexpected blow out went to tires discounters the next day Christian was a great guy ordered my tires the next day went in for the tire change and Blake installed the tire quick and easy great team great at their jobs ?
