3/5 time the employees are rude and yesterday. I get sold the wrong thing and then I get told to come back tomorrow to return it. I didn’t have time to do that. He did call someone and fix it. But this place has went down. I’m close to never spending money here again.

Awesome customer service! My cashier, a tall guy with blonde hair, was quick and attentive! He made sure I got everything I needed and I feel good knowing about the new management at the store he told me about! Looking forward to my next visit!

JUNE 21, 2023 8:50PMI've dealt with a rude & impatient cashier in 2 of the 3 times I've visited this location. It's a different one each time. I don't know the reason for the attitudes, but there are a lot of places that sell gas & snacks amd I can drive to any of them.

This store has the rudest employee I have ever seen. Twice I have seen her say something rude to customers. Today when she did it I called her out on it. There were over 20 people in line and none of the 2 employees was checking in a vendor stocking the shelf. Morning rush wrong time for that. So the girl at the register with the attitude starts trying to rush customers to get to her register faster. Not sure how she thought they were supposed to move through the line faster. So I told her that maybe they should open the other register and take care of customers instead of worrying about checking in the vendor. Also I tried to use the self checkout and it didn't recognize the item I scanned and wanted an employee to enter a code. At that point I was already angry and just walked out. They need new employees. I'm pretty sure I had the same girl that someone else had complained about. I'm not seeing anything but negative reviews. Perhaps the owners should address the issue instead of just responding with our employees work hard to take care of the customers. They won't have any if something doesn't change. They have for sure lost this one. I'll never go back again

Sick of the doors being locked around 2am ..i get off work about 130am....this has become a major inconvenience since they started doing it ....manage yalls time better and have a better cleaning schedule if yall need to clean... a 24hour establishment should not have people waiting outside with the doors locked so yall can function properly .....ive been coming here for years and this is something new yall started doing...unacceptable....every other gas station in the area can function properly during late hours why cant this one. This is what wet floor signs are for...if yall do not have wet floor signs ur in violation of OSHA....if u only have limited wet floor signs ...mop in sections...them doors should not be locked ....if need be proper signage should be posted on the door for oncoming customers worst case scenario or dont stay open 24 hours if u dont have the man power for proper house keeping.

There was a line at the cashier so I went to self check out. My drink scanned twice and I tried canceling it, but of course it needs an employee to insert a code to cancel an item. I saw that she was busy so I just took a step over and used the other self check out without scanning my drink twice. After I bagged my items I was walking away and the employee was verbally complaining about me and was complaining about having to insert her code for each item, I told her there is a “Cancel all” button and she will only have to put the code once, she responded with “Bye.” and a palm waiving in my face after I told her about the button. Absolutely rude encounter from this employee after months of me being kind and saying “good morning” and “have a good day”

Went in there on Saturday September 10, 2022 at approximately 8:15 AM and was scoping the place out looking for items possibly considering working there so I was intently looking around at things. I saw a young African American lady very young in an area of the corner that looked like food prep or stockroom area and approached to ask a question about a product's availability and was told " the bathrooms are over there." For starters I wasn't even looking for the bathroom. I knew from previous visits where the restrooms were. I was upset because she didn't ask if I needed help in any way, shape, or form, and assumed I was looking for bathrooms instead of letting me ask my questuon. So being perturbed as I was, I asked "where is over there?" and this rude employee proceeded to say "where it says restrooms." I forgot to mention I'm illiterate so I have no idea where it says "restrooms". I used the bathroom, didn't get helped and left empty handed. I was gonna buy a carton of Cigarettes ($75) plus $40 gas plus about $10 worth of drinks and snacks. OH WELL!!! So because of my experience here, this store has lost thousands of dollars in business from me and will get a call to store level management and corporate.

1 Cashier for 20 people ridiculous i put my stuff down and left tired of terrible customer service everywhere. People don’t have unlimited time for lunch.
