Is my second time coming here checking is always great as usual The mashed potatoes and gravy you can use a little bit of work I have mainly mass The biscuits were hard as a rock damn their chip my two trying to take a bite out of it but the chicken was great The pizza at this truck stop is great cheese pizza overall a decent store that I found within the past couple years I will continue to keep coming

It's a basic convenience store with cheap gas. Got a hot dog here once and it was really good. Never went there when there were any to be had again. Always empty. How hard is it to put out some hot dogs???? Pretty hard I guess.

How busy is this store? Always very busy,& I visit 3 days per week for the next 90 days.& on several occasions that we have visited the Smyrna TN, thorntons.I feel the staff is a truckers dream, polite, intelligent, caring to assist finding the location of the items that I was wondering if they even carried,I was surprised to see the items that were stocked, and that night and have been very attentive to to my needs the staff is very friendly and welcoming I was there the other morning in met a gentleman which seemed to be a manager or definitely a lead he was an African-American gentleman and very professional and aware of everything in the store in willing to help, customer service. But I did find it at thorntons and I will continue to visit the store simply for those reasons Thornton's great job keep up the good work and Smyrna Michael Stevens

Some worker tonight charged me for my food and the person behind me. And had no remorse to tell me. Not to mention he charged the guy behind me as well. Should’ve been 5 bucks and he charged me 16. And still charged buddy behind me.

Why would you put the slowest employee behind the counter during morning rush hour? I always try to avoid going inside, but the pumps are always broken,So you have to go in to pay inside. Every time I go to pay inside, they have a cashier who has got to be the slowest person I've ever seen work at a convenient store. I guess i'm going to have to go back to speedway. I will take my $300 a week And spend it elsewhere!

I had to travel to from Knoxville to LA Vegrne TN for work. I stopped here to get gas and some drinks. Although, the guy that was working was great. The GAS they sold me was NOT!!! Within 15 minutes after filling up my gas tank there, my car started acting up, darn near stalled. I thought I was going to get stuck 2.8 hours away from home. DO BETTER!!! I WILL NEVER STOP AT A THORTONS AGAIN

3/5 time the employees are rude and yesterday. I get sold the wrong thing and then I get told to come back tomorrow to return it. I didn’t have time to do that. He did call someone and fix it. But this place has went down. I’m close to never spending money here again.

Awesome customer service! My cashier, a tall guy with blonde hair, was quick and attentive! He made sure I got everything I needed and I feel good knowing about the new management at the store he told me about! Looking forward to my next visit!
