Okay so I LOVE Target. But this place…. Oof. There is never anything in stock that I am looking for. We tried to buy baby clothes but the section was so disorganized we couldn’t find a thing we were looking for. There was also only one check out open when we were there today around lunch time. The line was crazy long. They finally opened a second lane while we were waiting. If you’re able to, visit the Murfreesboro location instead. It’s much more organized and well stocked.

Pretty sure Mike from Security and Susan the Manager are either racist or have no idea what the rules are for service animals. Susan was atleast respectful although incorrect in her knowledge of ADA guidelines but Mike was def rude, insulting, and not a good person.

I'd been on my feet all day and had been awake for over 27 hours without sleeping, I was exhausted, but I had a pretty good experience with the whole thing, all things considered. I was pleasantly surprised when she was so kind and patient with me even though I probably didn't make much sense & was having trouble finding my email for verification. But we found it together, and it was All Good ?. I didn't give 5 stars just because I don't usually do that very much because no matter how much I have enjoyed the experience, I'm sure it could always be better because no one is perfect all the time. But I was very satisfied with the whole thing, even being delirious and my feet hurt.

I don’t understand how you literally never have anything in stock… If all you’re going to do is refer me to stores ”nearby”, then what purpose does your store actually serve?
Updating just days later because once AGAIN 2 out of the FIVE items in my drive-up order were suddenly “out of stock” after I placed my order. ? I will say, they are consistent. ?

I've never been to a target so disorganized and unstocked. I was just passing through so I don't live here but the entire clothing, shoe, and accessories section was the most chaotic thing I've ever seen. Accessories section felt like it had 20 total pieces of jewelry. Very disappointing experience.

What. In. The. World. This store does NOT deserve to be associated with Target. I stopped in on a road trip. THANK GOD THIS ISNT MY TARGET! There weren't any carts, nobody greeted us, my child SCREAMED bloody murder because she's so used to this at target. She knows the target standard well, and was distraught when I couldn't explain why she didn't get a sticker. I would've asked someone working, if there was someone just anywhere. The store was a mess, the bathrooms were filthy, they had such terrible stock and some moldy fruit in the produce. I didn't buy what I needed, we actually just left the whole town. If THIS store was the standard for target, I really can't imagine anywhere else being better and I just don't have time for that. Target Corp, get involved.

The Optical Department at the Cobb Parkway location consistently delivers quality service with highly trained professionals. When given a choice to go elsewhere, I always choose this team!

It's your typical super target, not much to report on here. Produce is usually pretty good, the meat and seafood is priced a little higher than your typical supermarket but they put an emphasis on better quality stock. Sorry to report for my craft beer fans, their selection isn't very robust. Luckily, there are plenty of good options in the area if that's what you're looking for. The clothing sections seem to always be in a state of disarray and chaos. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help if you're having an issue.
