Had really really good experience with Ms. Robin as she guided me into opening an account. She was extremely friendly with my four year old son who expressed to her how much he loves sonic character! She has no idea how much we appreciate her great manners!

ATM machine in both Smyrna locations are always temporarily out of order or cash/check deposit option is unavailable. Very inconvenient, as it happens to me on several occasions. Thinking about switching banks! They’re good about helping inside the bank though, like when I got fraudulent activities on my bank card.
